Monthly Rentals in Miyazaki

We spent two nights in the house with our 15 months old baby and we had a good time! The weather was bad and rainy but it felt cozy and welcoming. The host was very communicative and guided us in advance to take a specific route to avoid floods. The futons where very comfortable, the kitchen equipped and all was just as described. The house is a bit remote from the main area, but this is not a problem if you rent a car. We definitely recommend!

Being neighbors with Totoro - what else can we ask for (: Good: Experience living in a real Japanese home. BBQ. Excellent view of nature. Provided lots of local recommendation. Peaceful. One issue we experienced is with the link to google map in the instructions. It brought us to a wrong location off-road. However, using other instructions to locate the accommodation works well.

We were all rather sad to be leaving this beautiful place. Yuka and Senji were such helpful and hospitable hosts. It truly is everything as they describe and more. Koya, is small and cosy but has everything you need. The hosts have provided a beautiful space that you'll struggle to walk out of to explore the Kyushu region. Waking up to see the ocean was magical! We would definitely rebook this place if we were ever to return to Miyazaki.
