The house was very clean and spacious. The pool was bigger than I thought, which was a pleasant surprise. Jaime was incredibly welcoming and easy to communicate with, making the stay even better. The location was also great. It's 20 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes to popular tourist spots. I will come back next time.

Stayed for 8 nights with 16 people, 8 adults and 8 kids. Great location, walkable to the beach and many great restaurants. The host was very kind, responsive, and helpful. The pool was great for lounging and playing for kids. Outdoor patio was also a great place to hang out. Note that the location is right next to a big stage for a resort so you can hear the music very clearly in the evenings but it stops by 10/10:30pm. The plumbing could use some maintenance and kitchen pans and knives are also well-loved. We brought our own pan which helped us not have to eat teflon for breakfast. All in all a great place to stay. We would go back!

This place is just good for the soul! The views and wildlife are incredible. We saw SO many whales and iguanas from our balconies - shout out to our host for having binoculars! Also very clean & top notch communication. I love that it was 3 adult bedrooms - ideal get away for adult couples. We were very appreciative of the above and beyond touches like water jugs being fully supplied & the 2 backpack coolers. LOVED the quick access to the beautiful private beach & found some good rock climbing within walking distance as well if you're into that! It was a quick 10 minute drive into central Sayulita, which was one of our favorite places we've ever been too. Colorful, lively, immersive, and the food was outstanding (I'm a big foodie!). Only issue we had was with the AC unit in the penthouse - they were on it but got pretty hot up there a few nights & not much circulation. Overall, so so happy with everything & one of the few places we'd want to stay at again :)

What a beautiful home! Our group of three couples loved it so much! The house was beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable. The pool and patio were wonderful. The grounds lovely. My AirBNB app was not working ( my fault, recently changed emails) so Brandi texted me to make sure all was well, by the end of our 8 night stay we had texted so much it felt almost as if we were friends. Paige, our cohost was also fantastic. Mayra came to cook us brunch, it was delicious! San Pancho was lovely! Everything was within walking distance of the casa, we walked in the mornings, spent the days on the beach and at night the town comes alive! The sunsets are amazing, the whole community comes down to the beach to see them. We even had the pleasure of seeing baby turtles being released into the sea. Recommend by Brandi. I could not recommend this more. If you are considering staying here, do it! You will not be disappointed.

Unbeatable location for local transport, dentist, groceries, restaurants. Super neighbours too!

We had a great stay, quiet enough to rest and with almost private pool access to watch the magical sunset over the Pacific. Patrice and his co-hosts were responsive and very polite. they were also accommodating when we needed to extend our stay slightly because of the late plane in the evening. i can only recommend these hosts and this place. Clean, accessible,good bedding and convenient kitchen. We'll be happy to come back when our daughter has grown up ( 3 years at the time of the trip) . Thanks again to the hosts.

We have nothing but amazing things to say about staying at Seibel Condos Our hosts. Lupita, Ricardo and Juan Garbiel were an amazing team. Incredible communication. So helpful with information. They made us feel welcome from the minute we booked. Accomodations. We had 6 people in the 4 bedroom condo. It was very comfortable. The condo is well stocked with everything. The Seibal pool is huge. We were there in Mid November and there was hardly anyone there. We felt like we had to pool all to ourselves. Having access to Vidanta is a really nice perk. Vidanta is such a big resort it takes a few days to learn how to get around. Taking the shuttle to and from Vidanta was easy. - We are a walking family and would have prefered walking instead of taking the shuttle but not a big issue. Once you are in the resort, they have a shuttle system but you can also walk everywhere if you want. Pools, resteraunts, beaches, ocean, gym, lazy river. There is so much variety.

My family and I had a very pleasant stay; the place was impeccable and according to the photos, everything was very clean and very comfortable, with everything you need in the apartment, it was very kind to welcome us with some snaks, thank you! The place has a beautiful view and surrounded by lots of vegetation, the beach is close by walking it is approximately 8 minutes to reach the Playa club, in car you would 2 min. We for an inconvenience were not able to travel by car but that was no problem, we had to Uber to the condos however it has easy access, it is better if they carry everything they need before their arrival (food). Without hesitation we would return to the place. Thank you!

Great stay at Delcanto for a family vacation (2 adults, 3 teens). The condo is in good condition, well furnished, has beautiful views (we were able to see whales and dolphins from the balcony, bring a binocular if you have one) and a good layout (comfortable stay for 5 people). Kitchen is well equipped (high-end gas stove was nice) and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are somewhat dated but large and functional. Delcanto is a quiet property with beautiful grounds, nice infinity pools and an easy beach access. The beach is sandy (no rocks unlike other beaches in the area), has a lot of chairs and umbrellas and property staff are friendly and helpful. Great communication, local activities and restaurants recommendations from Paul and Mariana. No crowds, noise or timeshare pitches - a peaceful paradise. We rented a car so getting to places and buying groceries was easy, otherwise would need to cab everywhere (there aren’t many things walking distance). Would definitely stay again

Gorgeous house, with a gorgeous view! Everything exactly as described and we had no issues during our stay. The neighborhood felt very safe for four ladies. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to PV!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Achara! Ebony was a great host - very responsive, clear, and friendly. The location is perfect for walking anywhere downtown, and the beach is just a couple of blocks away. The apartment itself was very clean with modern and comfortable decor, and the rooftop pool area was gorgeous. We would absolutely stay here again!

Pictures don't do this Penthouse justice. It's absolutely incredible! The Views are outstanding. No need for a sunset cruise, you can sit on the top deck or lower deck and get the best sunset you've ever seen. The private pool was bigger as well. Most are just tiny lap pools. Not this one. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable is readily available. It's very spacious and well equipped. The beach is right out in front of the condo building with multiple spots to hang out. Town is super close. You can uber within minutes of whatever you want to do. Pablo was awesome to deal with. I texted him a few days before our arrival and everything we wanted was in the condo ready to go. Groceries, refreshments, you name it, and Pablo will have it ready for your arrival. He also set up transportation to and from airport and a fishing trip for the guys. The owner Clive even checked in on us a couple times to make sure everything was great. I would book again for sure!!!

This was a perfect week stay for my family of six and two grandkids. The grandkids were entertained, either in the pool for hours or at the beach a couple blocks away! We all danced, played games, and enjoyed great food. It was a perfect stay for spending quality family time and enjoying the Mexican culture and food nearby. Very beautiful place to stay and beds were heavenly. Unfortunately one of us slipped on the steep wet stairs coming from the small casita, and suffered a few bruised bones. So just be careful!

It's the best place to stay! Super gorgeous the house we were for a goodbye and the house is definitely perfect. Impeccable cleanliness, the pool warm, July welcomed us and was always on the lookout. Truly if you are thinking about booking as this place is magical.

The place is beautiful. The location is perfect. I would recommend this place to someone staying with multiple people. We had a group of 15 and everyone felt like we had space and were able to also come together. Axel was very responsive and helped us when we needed something. Everything was 5 stars except one night the water went off for a few hours. Other than that everything else was a dream. First time in Mexico for me and it definitely felt super special with staying at this location. Thank you so much!

Don't think twice about renting this house! It was out of a dream. The architecture is absolutely stunning (coming from an interior designer). The rooftop has views of the ocean and is one of the highest points of any nearby structures. Each room has it's own bathroom and the rooms are cleaned daily (except for Sundays). The pool provided some shade which was welcomed as it kept the water cooler. House is walkable to the town via a quick walk. We enjoyed the quiet setting that was close to a vibrant area. We rented this property with their other property- Saturno - for a large group of 13. It was great to have the two connecting properties which can be opened via a gate. Honestly one of the coolest places I've ever stayed in. Hope to come back some day!

We just got back from a week stay in Roberto’s beautiful home. It was two families - 3 children (ages 5, 7, 7) and 4 adults and we were so comfortable. The house is beautiful, the views incredible, the beds and linens so comfy, everything was so clean and just as described. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed their time in the pool and the hot tub and the adults enjoyed relaxing with the incredible view of the ocean and the town. We rented Roberto‘s Ranger for the week and another golf cart and were very glad we had these. Town is pretty close (about a 15-ish minute walk to the center…not a bad thing considering how crowded and noisy it is at night) but the driveway is steep and the ranger made navigating it easier. We took surfing lessons and went whale watching, but more than anything enjoyed long days on the beach watching surfers, while the kids played in the sand and surf. This week in Sayulita was a perfect reset to start 2024 and this house was the perfect jumping off point.

Absolutely stunning home! It was so beautiful and in a wonderful part of Sayulita. The only thing to note is it’s not in the quietest part of town so you do get some noise at night. It’s very close to the main area of downtown. The master bedroom only has a duvet cover and no duvet inside but the housekeeper probably didn’t know how to use it. They also do not appear to change the sheets every 3 days as advertised. Loved the private pool with ocean views!
