Vacation rentals in Mismaloya Beach

Simply WOW! What an absolutely magical treasure Chris & Benito have created. Every inch of detail and thought are carefully considered to give their guests the most perfect experience. All of our questions were answered before we even arrived. And so promptly. Chris' daily smiles and fun conversations added comfort and warmed our hearts as we navigated this charming little town. Their beautiful place is nestled among the palms with views from the balcony that are breathtaking-even saw a whale! The hike to various beaches, simple strolls through the village and all of our adventures ended with a welcoming feeling of coming back home. Their place truly gives you everything needed for a comfortable, clean, beautiful vistas, good nights sleep, relaxing/lounging, iguana watching, breath of fresh air experience. Thank you so much for sharing your treasure with us. We left with our hearts full, new friends and will certainly return and highly recommend staying with Chris and Benito.

Let’s start with the fact that the staff are incredible. Esperanza is a gift to this world, she was incredible and very sweet. She was an incredible cook and made us feel right at home. Fidel was very helpful and checked in each morning. He was always ready to support us with any questions or needs. The rest of the staff were fabulous! The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. Not my first time in PV, and this house was my favorite spot. Everything is walkable just be ready for the stairs! Proper hiking shoes to make it up and down the hill! We had massages and facials in the house which was perfect to provide us what we needed to relax. Breakfast each morning is highly morning! The food was 10/10! We rented a car and Ubered for smaller groups to get around, loved this spot.

We travel frequently and always rent villas instead of condos. This was only the second time we rented a villa with full time staff. I always worry that they will be intrusive and impede feeling free and private. Mary and Karen were virtually invisible. I don't know how they accomplished it, but they were amazing. They prepared most of our meals and it was way better than any restaurant we tried in town. The house is one very short block away from the beach. You can hear the ocean and we didn't even bother to wear flip-flops to go back and forth. It was hard to get our teenage kids to leave the pool, which was heated round the clock and we stayed in there each night star-gazing for hours. The house is amazingly well appointed, authentic in style while modern in amenities. Shane was fantastic in booking us excursions, making great recommendations and being very very responsive on things we should not have even bothered her with. Truly a seamlessly run villa in all respects.

The place is wonderful for a few days of relaxation with an excellent ocean view, very different from most hotels where the ocean view is far away. Here you are relatively close to the sea. The apartment is super spacious as shown in the pictures and we found it very clean. The pool area was very clean and always available. We would definitely stay in this place again. The only problem we had was finding the location since there is not a very good signal, but as soon as we had the response from the Host it was immediate. Highly recommended to enjoy a good vacation and very central and close to beautiful beaches.

I cannot say enough good about this rental. We LOVED our stay here so so much! First of all, the location was amazing. Being in between the hotel zone and the romantica zone, everything was within walking distance or a quick cheap uber ride. The apartment was SO CLEAN! It was beautiful and had everything we needed. There were beach chairs in the closet so we took them out and watched the sunset on the beach each night. The views were incredible from our room! The pools and fitness center and all amenities were amazing! The staff was so friendly, helpful, and kind from the moment we booked, all throughout our stay, to checkout. Checking in and out was so easy. The instructions were very clear. We are ready to go back and stay with Moikkarentals again as soon as possible! I highly highly recommend booking with them!

What an amazing property! It was great to have the bedrooms and space needed for our group. The property looked just like the pictures. Pros -Private pool (can be heated) -Full kitchen -Beautiful, local decor -Friendly staff -Excellent host -Multiple rooms / beds. Lots of space to spread out Cons -Lots of stairs. This was not a deal breaker for our group, but may be difficult for some -Need an uber for most activities, but easy to get and a short 5-10 min drive to everything I would absolutely stay at this property again!

We had an amazing time at Rodrigo’s place a the Maritima. The condo community is amazing very high end. The Condo had a few minor issues but Rodrigo and team were responsive and took care of them in a timely manner. The Kitchen is functional with coffee, tea, sugar, salt and oil provided. It would have been helpful to have a bowl set for salad’s and serving, measuring cup and storage containers for left overs. It was nice to have the treated water for drinking and bottle water and ice is available from the concierge at a minimal cost. Loved the many palms, palapas and loungers on the beautiful walkable beach. The roof top hot pool for sunsets was amazing. The place could use a paint job. A table or side tables for the balcony would be nice to hold your beverages and food while enjoining the amazing mountain, ocean and night light views. The cool breezes at night are great when you open both doors. AC was adequate when needed. It was a great space for 3 couples we loved our time there

This was my second time staying here, so that should let you know I loved it! My friend and I like having separate bedrooms. We really love the large patio, with hammock and sitting area. The rooftop lounge area is also wonderful, with a view. It’s a short walk to restaurants etc one way and to the beach the other way. Highly recommend!

David's Condo was very nice place to stayed! The condo is located in a resort so you can enjoy all what the hotel offers. The location its very convenient, it is right at the Marina so you are at walking distances from restaurants, shops and the Marina Malecon. David was a great host; we will definitely comeback to this place!
