Lynnell’s home was immaculate, each bathroom had its own towels and amenities. There’s a large basement with a great sectional, perfect for playing video games or watching a family movie. Every light switch has a label which I appreciated, as the house is quite large with many lights etc… The table is sturdy plus the large square island made it easy to serve and feed my large family of 6 kids. She’s quick to respond and easy to work with for early and late check-ins. We would definitely stay here again! Cathie and Larry

This place worked great for our group of 12! We had plenty of room in the dining room to eat, and everyone had a place to sleep. It’s a beautiful old house with all the uniqueness of older buildings - our kids had fun opening doors and discovering new things. As the advisor of a group of kids, the creaking stairs made it easy to know when they were all waking up. I thought parking on Grand Avenue would be a nightmare but it was just fine. Crystal was amazing to work with and super cooperative - she was a dream to communicate with. I would recommend!

This place has an amazing view of the water and sunrise. There is ample sleeping room and the rooms and beds are bigger than they appear in photos. We also felt it was prettier than the photos when we got there and were very impressed. We used the private chef option and highly recommend! A lot of parking options as well. Highly recommend this place!

This was a family getaway gift to our kids and grandkids and was exactly as we had hoped. For the money spent, 14 of us were able to stay put for 3 days and just spend time together. We made big meals and took full advantage of all the fun activities the home had to offer, while there was space for quiet time, as well. Kofi was very responsive during our stay, and we've talked about when we could come back to stay again!

My family and I were here for a funeral and Ikar’s place fit our needs perfectly. It was very clean, and well equipped. The beds were comfy and the water pressure in the shower was quite nice. We were close to the major thoroughfares which made it easy for us to get to the airport and other destinations near downtown. We would definitely stay at Ikar’s place again.
