An old house, prior to 1950, was restored and maintains some of the original stone walls. It has 1 bedroom, a toilet, a living room with a sofa bed and an equipped kitchen, AC, TV, Wi-Fi and a barbecue grill outside. It's faced to the street but it has double windows. 5 minutes from metro (Lapa or Aliados stations) and near everything. Located at the center of the city.
