Cottage vacation rentals in Minho

Jose's place was ideal for us, we had 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms which is exactly what we needed. The kitchen was fully functional and the bedrooms were a good size and very comfortable. For value for money it was exceptional. The location just off Lanzada beach is fantastic, we were able to walk with the children to the beach within a couple of minutes. There are also a lot of places to eat and have a drink along the beachfront. Jose lives in the building and was always available with help and local advice. The garden itself is very pleasant and we spent a few hours there during our stay just reading in the shade when taking breaks from the beach. So, overall we had a very enjoyable experience, thanks Jose!

We had an exceptional stay! The hosts are a rare kindness, very caring and attentive: we feel that they put all their heart into welcoming their guests. The amenities are simply amazing: swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, weight room… everything is perfectly maintained and thought out for comfort. A very cozy house, great for our family weekend. We had cold days with some snow, so it was great to be in the Jacuzzi. The view of the mountains was the highlight.

The stay was fantastic. The host Begoña is very friendly and helpful. He gave us a lot of information that helped us have a great weekend. The unit was very clean and well kept. We will definitely repeat.

Silvio is gracious and friendly and the garden is beautiful. He left us fresh eggs one morning and we loved the hot tub. Definitely recommend Silvio’s place.

We had a lovely stay at this cottage located in the countryside in a relaxing place! José and Aurora were very attentive: tips, fruit and apple juice from the farm, thank you! Supermarket 5 minutes away, rivers for swimming a few minutes away, Amarante and Guimarães 45 minutes away, Porto 1h15.

Super flirty place to visit as a couple . Very cozy, cuckoo and taking care of every last detail . Super clean . With all kinds of details to make a great stay. Wonderful views of the river . It has all kinds of utensils in the kitchen and other rooms of the house . Very comfortable. We visited Ribadavia with our pet who really enjoyed the huge plot of the house . Ribadavia is beautiful , a medieval corner worth visiting . Finally , our host , Victorio , attentive at all times for us to enjoy our holidays. A super host and their place highly recommended . Beautiful location in an old village. The space is large and everything is available. From the cottage you can walk beautifully. The owner is very nice and helpful. We had a very good stay

We chose the place by the house and then everything fitted us, the casita is located in a natural area in a small village, but the village of O Barco is about a 15 minute drive where you can find everything you need. Although on our date it was a little cold the house is well equipped to keep you comfortable and it is a pleasure to be able to enjoy the fireplace at this time., it was also decorated with Christmas motifs so it could not be more welcoming. Everything is taken care of in detail and the truth we felt very comfortable and enjoyed to the fullest all that it offers is an area of full nature. Débora was attentive at all times and made us a small route to orient us around the village, she is an excellent host!! We definitely hope to come back and recommend this special place for anyone who wants a little tranquility, rest and enjoy nature.

We loved the stay!! Sandra is very attentive I leave us eggs from her chickens and potatoes, on the first day I left the place in awe because I did not close the fence outside well and I was afraid that the dogs would escape, she ran to put a rope on it and hook it, I really appreciate it since they are the most important thing. The perfect location 30 minutes from all the sites and 40 from Santiago. Would return again and again!

The little house is a little paradise, friendly and bucolic. Completely integrated into the landscape, in the nature of the place. Sunrise and Sunset are part of the decoration. . The terrace keeps the heat of the day and then the dinners are a delight. Watching sunrise from the little couch, while outside drizzles… Feel the stone floor under your bare feet… A thousand and a detail that is not lacking in all the small gaps and stays inside and outside, because the architecture leads you to be inside and out at the same time. This was by far one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at! The house is charming , much bigger than the pictures show, clean and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. We did not want to leave. The grounds and pool are well kept and the views are amazing. The hospitality of the hosts impressed us, very responsive and helpful. Don't think twice, book this place for an amazing vacation!

Me and my partner stayed here for a couple of nights and we can honestly say we’ve fallen in love with the place , when we arrived we were greeted by Maria she spoke with us briefly before welcoming us into the home and then offer us to contact her if we needed any help , which on one of the days she saw us waiting for the train and even went out of her way to recommend things for us to do ,Maria is a great host and has gone above and beyond , it’s safe to say where we’re absolutely amazed with the place it was clean , tidy and everything was easy to find , with more then enough to do even if you didn’t plan on leaving the home , it’s has beautiful surroundings with quick taxi rides to the station , if your thinking about booking this Airbnb wouldn’t hesitate or you might just miss one of the best stays , we’d really like to thank Maria again for making it a very easy and comfortable time , we’re already looking at coming back , the only downside is leaving

Wow! Superb Airbnb, we’d give it 10 stars if we could. Patricia was an excellent host, not only did she supply us with homemade baking, but went out of her way to answer our questions about Santiago de Compostela. The accommodation is stunning, very high quality. Our only disappointment was that we were there for 1 night only. Can highly recommend.
