Lovely stay. We booked last minute and the host and caretakers were very accomodating despite it. The detailed description of how to get to the place was very helpful and the check in & check out process was simple. There was comfortable space for parking and the location is near the center of the city. The size of the place itself was comfortable, with amenities available to suit everyday needs. One thing to add which could make things even better would be to add toiletries too. Over-all, it was a great place and we had a comfortable stay. Thank you!

The place is located inside the Maro Taxi garage and felt safe, as it is well-gated and has caretaker on standby! We experienced a brief city-wide power interruption, but, thankfully, they had a generator, allowing us to continue enjoying our family event and activities without any issues! The venue is spacious and can accommodate 30 to 80 guests. It’s VERY IMPORTANT to inform them in advance about the number of visitors, as they have different pricing packages based on group size. Overall, it’s worth the price! It’s hard to find a place that can host visitors, offer a sleepover option, and provide great amenities all in one. 🤩 We had a great stay! 🙏🏻

Aaron was very responsive and displayed concern when our flight got redirected. He constantly checked in and adjusted to the changes when we missed the van that was supposed to fetch us from the airport, made arrangements for our port pick up and some requests we made while at the place. The location was just right for what we wanted - not too far from the famous spots but also laid back and peaceful.We will definitely be back and book with IAO Surf Camp again next year!

We loved our stay. The place is the best location if you want to be near everything but away from the busy tourism road. The villa is perfect for one or two people. If you need to work remotely, you don’t have to worry about noisy neighborhood (or roosters) or traffic. It’s perfect — gen set and internet connection 🫶🏻. Hosts were AWESOME. Always super helpful and willing to make the stay excellent.

planned my trip on the fly. Jazz was very flexible with check-out and check-in arrangements. She even has extra bedding available for a small fee, if surprise guests are added to the booking during your stay. Location is premier for nightlife, but the clubs still drop the main music by midnight, so sound doesnt interfere with sleep. Room was spacious and check-in was like royalty by the staff. If i visit Siargao again, i will most definitely be back. Thanks again!

We spent some nice days in Susana's apartment. It's easy to find and has a good size for up to 4 guests. Wifi was fast and reliable. The split Aircon in the main room, is modern and quiet. We will consider staying there again on our next GenSan trip.

It was our second time staying there in just a matter of three months but it always felt the same - Very homey and peaceful. The expansive lawn gave the kids a lot of space to play. It is also near the port and the market so it was easy for us to buy stuff we need. Fish vendors can drop by and we can buy freshly caught fish. The owner is also very thoughtful. We will definitely book again!

We had a great stay! The location is wonderfully remote, offering peace and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home itself is clean and well-maintained with great amenities that made our stay very comfortable. While it would have been nice to have air conditioning upstairs, the aircon downstairs kept the space cool enough. Overall, a lovely home with everything you need. Would definitely recommend and hope to return!

I lived at Chada na balay for 3 months while interning at a marine science center, and it was a perfect home base throughout my stay. Lynn and her mom Anita (who lives on site) are extremely responsive and friendly, acting as local supports and becoming caring friends while I lived there. It's clear from the way that guests keep in touch with Anita and keep returning that her presence adds so much to this experience. I fell in love with the dogs who live on the property, and they would walk me to work most mornings. The home itself is light and airy, with an upstairs bedroom/sitting area that's perfect for morning yoga and evening reflections. The Wi-Fi was strong enough for video calls and the on-site rainwater system meant that water was fresh and abundant. I appreciated being able to cook simple meals at home when I needed a break from the food at the internship site. I simply cannot recommend this site enough--I will certainly hope to stay there again when next I visit!

This bnb is by far the best place I’ve stayed in. What a generous household! The place not only offered a comforting rustic home fit for the province but also provided other needs for your cooking, mountaineering, reading, even a first-aid kit is provided. They really think of you as part of the household. Very thoughtful hosts, I truly admire the details they put into receiving guests. The neighbors downstairs were very kind, too. Kudos to Ma’am May and Sir Mark for a very wonderful stay. We had the best time in Bukidnon. Book this place, guys! The tray of eggs and other freebies were worthwhile!

We really enjoyed our stay. As others had mentioned, the company of Oslo and Kirby, the two house dogs, was wonderful. We also really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and sitting area underneath the house as well as the large deck upstairs. There’s lots of good restaurants in Dauin and it’s really helpful to rent a scooter for the ~10 minute ride. For divers, Liquid Dive resort is directly next-door, which is very convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Josh’s place is child-friendly and conveniently located along the road in San Juan. What I really like is that it’s close to Baha Bar, and the staff at the nearby laundry shop are very accommodating. The bed has clean and comfortable sheets, which is a big plus. If I could suggest anything, it would be to use blackout curtains that properly fit the windows, and to add a mini fridge—especially helpful for guests with kids or those traveling on a budget. Overall, it’s a great place to stay!

The place itself is very beautiful. The room very large considering we were only 5 since it was the only available at the time. Wished we booked a poolside room for the view since our view was the opposite to the pools but it was still close and very near to the restaurant and reception area. There were many big mosquitos so be prepared but they had nets to hang over your bed. All in all, we enjoyed our stay immensely! Will definitely come back again and recommend to others.

Excellent accommodation. The owner took care of all the necessary details! Very beautiful area, great view from the balcony, nice pool. If your main goal is Сhocolate hills or swimming with sharks, then this is much closer than with Panglao. Very helpful and kind owner. I definitely recommend.

Dawn and Ingo are Super hosts, very responsive, helpful and accommodating. This place is highly recommended if you want some peaceful and nature-feel surrounding. The place is also clean . I love the couple's warmth reception, very Filipino character.

Only had time for 2 nights here. Everything was good for what I needed on this trip: easy to find on map, clean, aircon, shower with warm water, pool with view to sunset and islands, has solar energy source in case of blackout on the island, close drive to Paliton beach (the best beach I found on the island) and about half an hour ride to the closest natural attractions. I appreciate that the hosts are serious in what they do and interested about us all the time

We recently stayed for 11 nights at this wonderful Airbnb, and it was just as amazing as my last visit last June! Ma’am Fely’s generosity and warmth made us feel right at home. The food was great, adding to the overall experience. I felt secure throughout my stay, thanks to the excellent security measures in place. I can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be back for a third visit!

This was an excellent place to stay in General Luna. They sent us a complimentary shuttle to pick us up from the airport, which was appreciated. The place has such a strong nature vibe, listening to all the wild birds in the morning was beautiful and serene. Loved the outdoor shower! The space was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a two week stay. It’s in such close walking distance to the Cloud 9 and Jacking Horse surf spots and many great restaurants like Shaka for a morning coffee and smoothie bowl and Siargao Hawker for a taste of authentic Singaporean food. The staff here are so friendly and helpful but one really stands out: Lovina was so kind and attentive to all our needs. If you’re looking for a motorbike rental (which I highly recommend) then talk to Lovina and she’ll rent you a good bike at a fair price. Overall we had an amazing time and would love to stay here again on a future visit!
