Vacation rentals with beach access in Mindanao

I had an amazing stay at Riz and Adam’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to attractions but quiet and relaxing. The host was super responsive and provided great local tips. Check-in was easy, and I felt right at home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our one week stay at Christophe's place. We used the swimming pool each day, which was nice and clean. The apartment had everything we needed for cooking, including a two-burner stovetop, rice cooker, and electric kettle. Our favorite part of the stay was sitting on the spacious balcony, which had a nice breeze on the days we were staying. Due to the location, it is likely best to rent a motorbike to get around.

Quiet location away in the forest, good WiFi, comfortable space, big bed, and on-site scooter rental. Good value for the price. Alex, the host, is a nice guy. Thanks👍

Again just amazing to stay with you! Especially the staff makes the experience unforgettable. But of course the beautiful room and location are an absolute Highlight. The place is equipped with a generator so the occasional power outages are no problem! Also the internet is mostly good, which is definitely not the usual on siquijor. i had a few hours without internet in during my stay and unfortunately the mobile network (Smart):doesn't reach the room or even the bar in front of it. Only downside might be that you have pretty loud live music until 11pm every night and that the warm water for me never worked. The lovely staff restarted the boiler multiple times for me but i never got more than one minute of warm water:( now you can debate if that's a problem when the weather is very hot all day and night anyways ;)

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, treating me like family from the moment I arrived. He is 24h available and that’s amazing! He also went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed. I can’t express how grateful I am for their kindness and generosity. This experience was truly special, all thanks to the amazing hospitality. Highly recommend staying here if you want to feel at home!

We had a great time staying at Mayet’s seaside treehouse. Nanay and fam are very accommodating and they always make sure we are comfortable at the place. They were very helpful and they even cook for us. Thank you for being hospitable. Great place and the ocean is just in front. Will definitely come back when we have chance again.

Our stay at Sandy Feet Resort was one of the best vacation experiences we've had in the Philippines. One for the books! Just right location, fantastic amenities, caring, responsive and catering staff; and the villa itself, elegantly designed with exquisitely placed furnishings with such meticulous details; just so beautifully put together. And last but most certainly not the least, Alexandra was the consummate host; responsive, thorough and kind, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. It was perfection all around. We hope to be back. Dear Alexandra, Ms. Joy, Mr. Larry, all of the staff, thank you so much for the extra care and touches; especially for the nighttime birthday preparations at the beach, under the stars. What memories we left with! It was a 6-day furlough we will soon not forget, thanks to you all!

Extremely happy with Chris’s place. It was very private and hidden away from the bustle but not too far away from it either. The way to get there is a bit challenging though, if you befriend a tuktuk driver make sure to ask for their number so they can always pick you up when you need a ride to get to the main area. Walking wasn’t an option for us during our stay as it was raining majority of the time. Inside the house was very beautiful and spacious. We also had the luxury of being accompanied by their pet cat ming-ming. We grew attached to her and did not want to part ways but we will definitely come back and see her again as she was very sweet and affectionate ☺️ Ate flor and ate Ana were very friendly and joyful, they took good care of us and made sure our stay was without any problems. We took lots of good photos of Siargao but Chris’s house was also part of the many good photos with how beautiful it was! Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Siargao 😁

This is an awesome place to stay. However, there is no air conditioner in the living room. It was very hot. The cleaning was not done thoroughly.

Robert's place is perfect for a large group/family. The house is beautifuly situated on the seashore in a tropical garden. There is enough space for seven people and the kitchen is well equiped for cooking. Due to the central location next to the ring road of the island, grocery shopping, restaurants and activities are all easy reachable with a moped. Grace ( caretaker of the house) is living next door and helpful with renting a moped or information for activities.

This place is a hidden gem in the island! It felt just like home, and the neighborhood was peaceful, friendly and safe. The home was BIG, more than enough to host a family or a group of friends. My favorite part is the secret beach that was just close by, and Nash’s adorable little furry friends. Nash btw was just a great host. Always responsive and ready to assist us in having the most comfortable stay. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to the island! ✨

This is my second stay at this place still always amazes me how convenient this place is for my needs. There are a lot of things to do and restaurants are abundant in a mere walking distance. If you have to go further, public transportation is readily available. The place faces the mountain and away from the street and establishments so it is quiet. I highly recommend Kaye’s place and will be back again.

The host was accomodating and hospitable. We enjoyed her place with a view of samal island and the city. Unfortunately we only stayed for a day. Sm ecoland is just a ride away, very convenient. The place is clean and cute.
