Palm View Residence is a quiet, familiar and guarded place 300 meters from the main road. There are some nice restaurants and shops (7-Eleven, 24h) within 800 meters. More restaurants, pubs, banks, ATM's, dive shops, gyms, shops, etc are located at/around Alona Beach. THERE IS NO FOOD TO BUY IN THE RESORT ITSELF!

Our house is just nearby so that we are available if there is anything you need. We can also assist you for your tour services. We have a motorbike for rent offered at lower price for our guests. A perfect getaway for a staycation in the Davao City. We had such a great peaceful stay at your house; it's quiet and relaxing; you will feel at home and comfortable to stay. Very pleased that I made such a good choice by staying here. All of the facilities are available for your use, and the house is spotless. You can watch Netflix at any time because the internet connection is so fast. When you want to wash your clothing, you don't have to worry because there is a laundry area as well. There is easy access to the city and nearby stores where you can buy all you want. The host was easy to communicate with, making clear with the instructions, which helped us during our stay. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to explore Davao.

Really nice place to stay, also for a longer time. The room is spacious and very clean. The bathroom smelled good and the outdoors has a nice outdoor kitchen with everything you need. Calm place to stay and a great garden. The hosts are really nice, i became sick and they even got me some chickensoup. Would recommend this place!

Beautiful and private cabins, I was really hesitant to stay here and I am glad I chose to stay at Savi’s place. Big cabins that reminded me to Mexico, fully equipped kitchen (with microwave!), complementary drinking water was provided, tv with a fair amount of channels and games/books were were also provided. At first I thought it was a shared cabin but the cabin (all what you see in the pictures) is for you, I think is good enough for up to 4 pax It’s in between cities so I recommend renting a motorbike, but public transportation is easy to get, just give out look for a bus and go up to Valencia or down to Dimaguete. The nearest convenience store was 15 min walking, although there’s some family-run stores near by Savi was helpful and communicative, it took a time to get responses (6 hours or so) but she did respond my inquires. Thank you Savi and staff

They guided us on all the must-visit spots in the area, which really helped us make the most of our vacation. The property itself was spotless, from our room to the kitchen, which made us feel right at home. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The overall experience exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be staying at Niel’s place again the next time we visit. We loved the privacy of the place. It was also complete with all the necessary appliances. The dip pool was perfect for the kids. We know gensan can get scorching hot in summer and the pool was a perfect addition to the amenities. The caretaker who lives next door was also always ready to help. The kids cannot wait to go back and are actually asking for more days to stay there. The sleeping arrangement was also perfect for us because we have 3 children who are used to sleeping with us. For the price, we got more than what we paid for!

LOCATION Hidden secret of Negros Oriental. BEAUTIFUL home. I say home becouse it feels personal not just a house. Large home. Maybe 170 sq meter ? Amazing floor plan. Every aspect of comfort was thought of. Very tastefully decorated. Probably the best I ever saw for an Air B and B. Open floor plan. Amazing kitchen with many cabinets and BEAUTIFUL large granite counter tops. Two bathrooms. One with a bath and water heater. Open outdoor in the front with huge bamboo trees providing shade breeze and coolness. Large new t v. Very nicely decorated. Owner rep is very accommodating and helpful.
