Wow! Did not expect to be so blown away by our stay at John's place. The photos do not do John's amazing lil' strip of Banana River paradise justice. This spot is a REAL Florida getaway, hold all of the neon kitsch and nonsense: the apartment is pristine yet homey, decorated with shells found on the beach, hand-carved wooden turtles, and John's space race adventures. The rooms have nice quality linens and comfy beds, with ample light and good a/c. You can launch kayaks from the backyard, dolphin and manatee watch from the deck, walk 5 min to a quiet beach, and eat at good quality small businesses within a short drive. John has everything: kayaks, life jackets, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, showers and hoses to rinse off post-beach. We were only sad not to get to stay the whole week. Compared to other rentals in the area, this spot is a steal for four people. You won't regret booking – and we'll be back.

The place was a perfect landing spot for our spring break vacation. We stayed pretty busy and didn't get to utilize much but everything was as described and Lukasz was very attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Dillan invited myself and my friends into his home and helped us make the most of our trip. Everything is exactly what it is described as and more. The home is beautiful and Dillan is ready to help should anything happen. We locked ourselves out one of the rooms and Dillan provided us with a solution within twenty mins of me reaching out to him. We got into a car accident and he was more than happy to help us in working out a check out time that allowed us time to get a rental. The next time I plan on going to Davenport I will be staying in at Dillan’s home.

Everything was fresh and clean. Looks as though the home was recently built. Very roomy and comfortable.

Great place to stay! We just loved our stay & wished we could stay longer. The place was peaceful and yet close to everything you may need or want. The house was very clean and open. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard to run around. Everything was new. We also like the garage being big to pull in our vehicle in. It's not far at all from Downtown Sanford with great local shops and food.

Such a great location and a wonderful host. Check in was super easy and the room was SO cute! I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, very spacious rooms except the kitchen was a bit minimal. Owner was very easy to communicate with.

This place was amazing and not far from anything. Place was clean, private, very peaceful. The bed was to die for and like sleeping on a cloud. Definitely a gem to be had whether visiting Disney or diving the lower springs. Restaurants were very close by. Courtney was an amazing host and an amazing place

My husband and I stayed for a little get away to be close to the coast for some salt water fishing and this was a perfect spot! The Space was very clean, had everything we needed, and actually looked like the pictures that were online. You’ll see from other reviews that the bathroom is small - and yes, it is small, but we managed just fine. It’s perfect for two guests! We would definitely stay here again.

Wendy & Tim were Great Host! Lovely home so nice, clean and I loved the layout. We were able to meetup with some cousins that we haven’t seen in a while & enjoyed driving around ! Beautiful views everywhere! The house was also very clean comfy beds & Amazing bathroom! I definitely recommend this home if you’re needing somewhere to stay with either family or friends! Coastal Soul was the perfect place to stay, everything was as listed, comfy, cozy and a great beachy vibe. we had a great view of the ocean and we felt at home. Will definitely stay here again. Amy is a great host and we highly recommend staying here. We had a great week. Joe and Ann

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food. Wonderful location with easy parking. Nice and quiet space, close enough to bars/restaurants/outdoor activities but not right in the action. House was the perfect amount of space for the 3 of us! We will definitely stay again.
