The house was gorgeous and so comfortable. We had everything we needed and then some. The hosts thought of everything. The beds were very comfortable, the house was sparkling clean, and Danny was very responsive and nice. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We are already planning a return trip.

We had such a wonderful Christmas at The Paddle House! The house was beautiful and Maria even had a Christmas tree set up for us! The view of the lake out of the huge living room window was amazing especially as it snowed! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a cozy oconomowoc getaway!

We had a good time at this place for a family wedding using the house as a gathering place between all the events that we had to attend. It was about 25-35 min drive to city and most things but Ubers were easy to catch. The lighting in the living room facing the lake was great with all of the big windows and we appreciated the fireplace and how clean everything was.

Clean, comfortable, beautiful home in wonderfully relaxing setting. Great for a getaway from it all and very fun to have kayaks, pedal boat and paddle boards. Jenna is so responsive and caring that she beat the amount of time I’ve ever waited when calling for something from a front desk at a hotel! Fantastic host!

Chris was a great host. Great at communicating what the expectations were and local places to go. The house was so cute and I felt right at home. Chris was flexible with my dates and times. I would definitely stay here again. Especially during the in season time where I could enjoy the beach. We went in the off season. But a great experience!

The place we reserved had a water issue in the shower, we were informed prior to arrival. When we arrived the was no water in the shower, not low pressure as we were told. We contacted the host and were assured they would resolve the issue promptly. Within 30 min they had a new rental 15 min away at a much larger more updated place. it was lovely, we had a great time and crisis averted. Very happy, thank you!

Dustin was a welcoming, kind host. He gave us the option of letting ourselves in or ringing the doorbell to meet him. We decided to meet him and had great conversation. We loved that he took the time to get to know us, even though he has a busy family. If we didn’t want to, we easily could have just walked up the stairs to the apartment with no contact, but meeting him made it more personal and memorable. Other notes: Dustin was very responsive and proactive. Prior to arrival, he messaged us, warning that there’s a dog (Stella) who would probably bark at us upon arrival. Indeed, she was there but was as sweet as can be and loved alllll the belly rubs. We had a busy weekend in the area, but we took a little time to explore the beautiful property. The apartment was just perfect and the best thing was that we didn’t have to do anything for checkout, except pack up our own things. We hope to visit again when we are up in that area in the future. Thank you, Dustin!

Super charming top floor apartment with great natural light, would highly recommend for anyone visiting Milwaukee. Rob and Sarah were great hosts - quick to communicate and clear with their instructions. They provided a very charming space with lots unique touches. The unit itself is a great size with plenty of room for two people to spread out. The unit was also stocked with both fun & useful amenities. We appreciated being close to stores, bars, & restaurants in Bay View as well as less than 15 minutes from downtown. Would definitely book here again in the future!
