We stayed for 6 days and very much enjoyed ourselves. It was remote but pleasant with beautiful sunsets and fantastic sea views. The accommodation was perfect with lovely balconies with glorious views. Other reviewers have raved about the “private” beach. The beach is very small and wonderful if you are the only guests on it, but, as happened with us, a family arriving on our third day completely took it over, “throwing down their towels” from early in the morning. All in all though, a wonderful spot!

Our stay was fantastic and we would definitely come back. We were a couple with two teenager girls and stayed two weeks. The location was great as 10min by walk to Chora, the main city, yet felt quite isolated as it was on the top of hill just outside of the city. There were little cove just below the house (5min walk) and it was perfect for the morning or late afternoon dip when we didn’t feel like driving. We had an amazing view of sunset. We ate on our terrace and enjoyed apéritive every night with the beautiful sunset and sea view. There was a small local market everyday at the port, so we would walk in the morning to get fresh local produce to prepare our meal. Karen and her family were kind, caring and communicative by always trying to improve our stay and providing us with many good recommendations. The house had everything we needed and amply supplied with towels, linens and other households supplies. We enjoyed our peaceful stay at Karen’s house and highly recommend it!

Very quite. Beds comfortable; bathroom spacious and great shower. LOVED that there were enough food items I didn’t need to buy anything for light breakfast first few days

Very nice accommodation in a great location. We love the kittens that saint on the balconies. Some may not like the fact that there are kitten food on the balconies (at least ours that was on the first floor) so it's a good idea to know. Strictly no smoking rule in the outdoor areas.

We had a great stay on Paros. The location was great. Close to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, buses and ferries. The host spent time going over the town and island map with us, recommending restaurants and sites to see. Explained the bus routes and how the buses worked and things we could see and do from each one. We did end up using the buses and going to different areas of the island. It was a wonderful few days.

We had a wonderful time in this place. The airbnb is perfectly located on the Hill with a beautiful view across the port. We felt immediately at home in this beautifully furnitured and equipped house. We very much enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The place is perfectly situated to nearby restaurants, markets, bars and the port. From there it was easy to reach the port and take a taxi or rent a bike to roam around the island. We stayed for 4 nights and wished we could even stay longer as it was such a wonderful place. We would definitely come again. Thank you!

A lovely villa apartment on the lower floor of two storey building., very centrally located, but still private and very enclosed for peacefulness. access to the house had a gate and a private car park, which added extra convenience as we travelled by car. house had everything you would need, maybe need some more kitchen utensils, lacked on knifes and tools etc... but otherwise pretty ideallic and family friendly and very tastefully fldecorted throughout. we would definitely be back and recommend to others.

Beautiful cottage by the beach

We stayed five nights at Konstantinos’s house at the back of Spetses near Kouzounos. The family, including our two young children had a fantastic time. If you like peace and quiet, mixed with a rustic environment and breathtaking view, this is a great option. Kouzounos has a beautiful beach which is a short walk from the house, equally Paradise beach and others are not too far away. It is definitely necessary to rent a motorbike to get around and access the old harbour, Dapia etc.. which are not that far away. It always felt like a big relief coming back to such a beautiful-private house. We definitely hope to stay again and looking forward to a few more G&T’s gazing over spetsopoula. Konstantinos was a great host, extremely responsive and clear with his instructions. Thank you from us all, until next time!
