Monthly Rentals in Milk Island

Amazing stay, completely worth everything you pay. The place feels spacious and cozy with everything you need. The bedroom has an ENORMOUS bed which could easily fit three people on it with room to spare. The living room has a very big 4K TV for the evenings after a long day out in the nearby town or Boston. The Shower and laundry room are easy to use and very convenient. In the morning when you wake and come to the kitchen there will often be loads of birds all outside the window in the garden to see (my other half is a very big bird fan and was very happy to see them) finally the door with its key code to enter is amazing for not having to worry about losing a key while outside and has a warming symbol of Christ as you leave. Absolutely amazing, the only downside is getting to Gloucester is much easier to do with a car but is entirely possible to do so without one. 10/10 I will definitely come again!

We had a lovely gathering of friends here. Anh was helpful in answering our questions ahead of time and during our stay and helped us with an early checkin and flexible checkout. We kept a fire going in the woodstove to keep it cozy, walked to town and the water, and explored nearby trails and a quarry. We’d love to come back sometime.

Emily and her house are both amazing. Very accommodating and welcoming, she goes above and beyond for her guests. Well worth the stay and we hope to be back soon!

This is a lovely suite. It's beautifully decorated and nicely equipped with amenities, including an umbrella in case you didn't bring one with you. The suite has a fabulous water view and there is plenty of outdoor seating to get that much closer to the ocean. The location can't be beat, it's right in the center of all the action! I was there during the off-season so it was understandable quiet. But I'd stay there during the busy summer season any day, as the ambiance of the suite has a very peaceful vibe. They were wonderful hosts and very quick and responsive to any questions. I'd definitely recommend!
