Monthly Rentals in Milam

We were only passing through on this visit and stayed only one night in early December 2024 (Brrrr!); however, we’d love to come back for a longer stay in warmer weather! I would say the views are just beautiful and the environment peaceful. The cabin is modern with a rustic vibe, just perfect for a cabin. It is well appointed with updated appliances and a luxury coffeemaker. Everything is spotless! Even the cabinets and inside of the refrigerator were very clean! No dust anywhere at all. The towels and linens were of luxurious quality. We were able to stream tv easily. It was quite chilly, yet the split unit ac/heaters kept us cozy. It is perfect for two people, and maybe a dog!

Had a relaxing stay at Clayton’s place with my family. We had a great time there and everything was as pictured. We unfortunately didn’t have much luck fishing while we were staying there but there was a lot of rain and the lake was low as well. Clayton’s place is great place to stay on the lake and would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Darby's place. The house is nicely updated with so much room! We had three couples in the house plus other family members came to grill out with us. THE VIEW, oh my, right on the lake. The patio is a perfect place to hang out, grill and enjoy that view! The beds are very comfortable with nice linens. We had everything we needed. Darby was very responsive when we reached out. We will come back again! Thank you Darby for making our difficult situation easier to bear by providing exceptional accommodations!

The location of the "shipping container" was perfect for access to Indian Mounds Wilderness, and it was good value. Alissa was responsive and flexible. The floors did need a sweeping when I arrived, but otherwise was neat and tidy. I would stay again. The place was really nice.
