Monthly Rentals in Midway

If you’re wanting something peaceful & secluded. Look no further. This place is absolutely beautiful. The internet isn’t very fast so I don’t suggest you stay if you’re wanting to be on the phone/laptop 24/7 but it was GREAT for us. We were able to disconnect and enjoy time together without distraction. Our 4 kids enjoyed the upstairs loft area especially. The host & co host are very quick to respond to any needs during your stay(she brought us a different coffee maker on thanksgiving morning) 10/10 recommend. Definitely plan to return! We loved the beautiful views and land this place has to offer. Just book it! You won’t regret it.

Summer Hill was the perfect place for my family to stay a couple of nights at. It was very easy to walk in feel at home here. Would stay again next time I'm in town.

This modernized shack is a great value and getaway spot. The back porch looks out on spectacular views of the Appalachian mountains and rolling farmland which was really the highlight of the space. Would have loved some comfy seating on the back deck. A couple of Adirondack chairs would be amazing. The inside is modern and minimalosy and very well decorated. I would definitely recommend this place!
