Custom Craftsman With Hot Tub Close to Ocean

Pass through the electronic gate and private entrance and indulge in the complimentary snacks on the fold-out leaf table. Fine interior touches include antique heirloom artwork and a serving tray, while outside 2-level seating and a fire pit await. We follow rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocols from the CDC during COVID-19. We ventilate rooms, wash hands frequently, wear gloves, clean, then disinfect with bleach or 70% alcohol. Our cleaning crew focuses on frequently touches surfaces, incl light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucets, and wash all linens at highest heat. Attention to detail prevails throughout the apartment. The craftsman style space includes custom cabinets, high/vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops and walk-in closet. Established trees can be viewed from the master bedroom picture window and private deck which gives the space a tree house effect. The space can comfortably fit up to 4 guests. We will provide a variety of organic breakfast items including coffee, orange juice, milk, cream, half & half, cereal, fruit, yogurt and breads/pastries. Wine will be available upon request. Guests have an electronic gate and their own private entrance.Guests have access to their own deck, complete kitchen and laundry facilities. Interaction with guests will be kept to a minimum in order to respect their privacy, however, we will be happy to assist any way possible to provide a great experience. We live in a separate location on site so we will be present during the guests stay. We love our neighborhood! If you love craftsman, California bungalow, custom and historical homes this is the place. There are parks, the Colorado Lagoon, Marine Stadium, 2nd Street with shops and great restaurants, and of course the beach all within walking distance. There are a variety of farmer's markets and in the summer local concerts in the park. There is public transportation (buses) nearby. There is plenty of street parking. We are conveniently located between LAX (25 minutes), Orange County (SNA) Airport (20 minutes) and Long Beach Airport (10 minutes). PLEASE BE AWARE OF STREET SWEEPING DAYS!! SIGNS ARE POSTED FOR THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AM STREET SWEEPING. Admire the many historic craftsman and California bungalow homes in this tranquil neighborhood. Walk to the beach and catch a concert in the park. The cottage is nestled in the quieter, residential area of Belmont Shore and close to Bay Shore Beach. The town’s main street, 2nd Street, is a short walk away with buzzing restaurants, coffee shops, and small boutiques. - Like many other Belmont Shore units, there is no central a/c. However, we have included one portable a/c in the space to be used should it get warm. - There is on-site parking for small to medium-sized vehicles. - There is a shared laundry in the back of the unit ($1.50 each for washer and dryer, please bring quarters). Detergent and fabric softener is provided. - Our unit is equipped with a SmarTV, cable, and Netflix. - The master bedroom includes a new, queen-sized Simmons Beautyrest mattress. - For parents of small children, we provide a Graco pack n’ play, crib sheets, high chair, toddler cups, plates, utensils, and a sound machine.

The location of this rental is ideal, a block from the beach. The house is well equipped, as pictured in the listing. Our host Rich met us at the house and was very responsive in communication. He monitored some minor maintenance activity in the upper unit to ensure we weren’t bothered by noise. We enjoyed having access to the 2 cruiser bikes and garage parking for our car. I was a bit put off by the multiple emails from HappiTravels prior to our stay. I understand that Newport Beach has very strict regulations on parking, noise, etc, but I didn’t need to be reminded repeatedly. Overall a good stay.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was incredibly cozy and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The location was fantastic- close to everything I needed and very peaceful. Having convenient parking is such an added bonus and the backyard makes a perfect spot to relax. I especially appreciated the washer and dryer, which made my stay even more comfortable and hassle-free. Carmen was an excellent host, responsive and thoughtful throughout. This will definitely be my go to accommodation when visiting Long Beach!

This house was PERFECT for our trip with 2 small children. A quick walk away from the beach and coffee and lunch spots, or a 30 minute ride to Disneyland, this house was the perfect locale for our family vacation. Coming “home” to a quiet neighborhood to unwind in the hot tub was the best. The space itself was clean and organized and just as described, as adorable as the pictures. We found many of the amenities (number of towels provided, quality shampoo, etc) to be better than we have come to expect when staying at an Airbnb. Finally we found the host to be very friendly and accommodating, and communicated well.

If you’re looking for a quick overnight stay and have business to do in the East side of LA. This is a good quick night stay. Would not recommend for daytime hang or evening hangout. The trailer itself is cramped and small. BUT clean and spotless. Plus there’s parking available. Thank you for the late booking accommodations.

Rebecca is a real class act. Very attentive host with an ear for detail and an effective communicator. The home has an eye catching look from the outside with an interior that can hold its own. Rebecca gave us suggestions which ended up being a walking distance to a life time of memories. Wonderful home feeling with wonderful views and a wonderful night live. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay. It was in walkable distance to disney (15-30 minutes) and was close to other events than just Disneyland. Only about a 30 minute drive to Newport beach, and a 5 mintue walk to a local park. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful all day. The house is close to a mall (Anaheim Gardenwalk) and close to many restaurants fast food or family owned. If me and my friends or family eventually come back to Cali for Disneyland, I am going to recommend and try to stay at Christine's house again. The house looks exactly like the photos, is clean and in pristine condition. It also has an amazing backyard (bigger than i thought it would be) and the driveway is spacious enough to fit 2-3 vehicles. The garage was transformed into a game room which me and my friends enjoyed playing Foosball and ping pong. I would recommend this house to any coworkers, friends, or family who are planning on going to disney in the future.
