Monthly Rentals in Midtown, Sacramento

If you're looking for a nice, clean, and comfortable apartment in an old building, this is the place. The apartment is bright with lots of natural light and has some nice modern features (a full, new kitchen, renovated bathroom) and also has some things that you will typically find in an older building (single pane windows, nice built-in cabinetry, etc.). Midtown is a lively area with plenty to do and is great for walking.

We had a good experience overall. The unit had everything we needed. The use of a washer and dryer was a nice perk. Appreciate the included parking space, but it is a little hard to get into due to the narrow alley and metal gate. Don’t plan on parking a large car.

My husband and I were in town for a few days and felt very comfortable and safe at Carrie’s place. She also provided a parking pass for our car and we didn’t have issues with street parking. Very central to lots of restaurants and coffee shops!

This was a great place to stay with lots of walkable places to visit and many great locations for food. We saw a show at Harlows and appreciated being able to walk there. Jim left clear instructions and a map with some of the best places to go. The parking spot was around the corner and an easy walk to get to. Jim’s place was tucked away from the main street with a private feel. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
