Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Midtown, Nashville

The house was perfect-great location and large enough for the 4 of us. Jaison got back to us right away if we had any questions. Super easy to find and check in to. Again, the location was perfect for quick uber rides to Broadway and many other places!!

It was spacious and comfortable. The top deck and extra sitting area was nice. The kitchen was great for gathering with plenty of room.

This airbnb was really home away from home! Our stay hosted by Drew was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed.... even coffee!!! Drew had great communication and answered all of our questions quickly. Convenient location and seamless check-in made it a perfect choice for a comfortable getaway. We would love to stay here again in the future.

This was an amazing stay, I highly recommend. This was our first time in Nashville. Justin and Rachel made the trip awesome. The place is absolutely stunning, it was beyond clean. So much thought went into the decor, and comfit of their guests. The hosts were insightful, responsive, and helpful. This is a great location to broadway, the airport, and the stadium. It was super easy to get Ubers/lyft and a quick ride. I would absolutely stay here again. The place is very spacious too. I cannot say enough good things about the hosts and this beautiful place!!

Amazing place to stay for a Bachelorette trip to Nashville! Cozy, clean, private, and cute. Located right outside of Broadway- about a 8-10 minute walk, which is absolutely nothing, and safe enough to walk home at 2am. Provided everything we needed, and amenities listed were all present. Both bathrooms were very spacious and tons of closet/storage space. Would 100% stay here again!

We really enjoyed the Burnham. We came to Nashville for the Amy Grant/Vince Gill Christmas concert at the Ryman and stayed 2 nights at the Burnham. The place is quiet and immaculate. The apartments are beautiful and had everything we needed. The Latch app was a new experience but the videos were very helpful with explaining how to use it. We felt safe and secure. The Burnham is close to everything! You can see the Ryman down the street and it's only a block or so to the Country Music HOF. We took Lyft to a few places we went because of the rain but would have walked if the weather had been good. I will DEFINITELY stay here if I return to Nashville!! FIVE STARS!

What a wonderful place to stay while visiting Nashville! Easy walk to many attractions. The apartment was clean, kitchen had all the essentials as well as nice gestures such as K Cups as well as shampoo/conditioner available for guests in bathrooms. Would highly recommend and will stay again next time. We went in the incorrect garage entrance but a quick call to Quianna and she redirected us, and we found entrance very easily. Quianna is a wonderful host!

This was our second stay at this BNB. It’s perfect and will always be where we stay when we are in Nashville! It’s very clean and organized. It’s close enough to walk everywhere, yet far enough to get away from the crowd if you want to wind down. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. So many great things to do! Unexpected noises from sharing the house, but overall beautiful place for a couples get aways. So many adorable features, felt very cozy. Enjoyed the hot tub so much. Not to far from downtown Nashville and the Nashville zoo. The fan and heater were also very useful.

My daughter and I had a superb stay at Bekah's condo. Bekah shared great info before check-in and offered really helpful suggestions for exploring Nashville, including the best ways to get around. The condo was clean and comfortable, with a great coffee selection on offer, just as the pictures showed in the listing. We cannot fault our stay and would recommend this property to others. Stayed on my own for a few days over New Years. House was clean and very comfortable. I very much like the space and the view. Had everything I needed. Bed was comfy. The location was great. More of an up-and-coming area of town, so not super populated with other visitors, but I found it easy to hop on my bike and navigate around to Broadway or Bicentennial Park. The area is quiet and well-lit for the most part, so I felt safe. Loved having a designated off-street parking spot within sight of the condo. Would definitely stay again! Thank you.

Cute, clean, stocked with all the necessities! It is next to a freeway so she even had ear plugs for you! Would stay there again.
