Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Midtown, Nashville

Just like home! Kellie graciously worked with us as we had a change in our departure/arrival. Comfortable setting, enough space for everyone to gather or have some alone time. The office/library was perfect for morning coffee and a good read with large windows and the sunrise. Kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook for a crowd. Nice neighborhood where you felt safe at all hours of the day. Close to restaurants, shopping, and downtown. The instruments were a nice touch as our family loves to play and sing. Nice “home away from home” feel. We will definitely be back!

We used Brent's place for a family birthday celebration. It could not have been a better venue for a small gathering. Everything was as pictured with no surprises, and the cleanliness was outstanding. This is definitely not a great place for small children, but if you want a comfortable and beautiful location for a gathering, this was perfect. Not only were we able to host those needing a place to stay, but we were able to gather in the theater room for a nice presentation to do a life story of the guest of honor. Everyone in attendance commented on how perfect the house worked for our celebration.

We stayed here with kids and dogs. The location is perfect. It's a few blocks to walk to Five Points and less than 10 minutes to Broadway (and it's walkable if it's nice out). The bunk room is great for the kids.

Pretty good value compared to other Airbnb listings in East Nashville. Close to five Points and downtown. Nice neighborhood. Very clean.

My new favorite AB&B. Will definitely want to return on any trips to Nashville. Such a warm and cozy home. Stephen was super accommodating with requests. Highly recommend!

I spearheaded a gathering of 7 women this past weekend and we could not have been happier with our stay. The house was beautiful inside and out - incredibly well-appointed - and had every amenity imaginable. Candy and Rick thought through everything! The house was spacious, clean, and the hosts went out of their way to make it extra special for my birthday with several unexpected lovely touches. We loved the hot tub and backyard - and only wish it was warmer so we could have spent more time enjoying it. The location was stellar, too. Anytime we had questions, Candy and Rick wrote back almost immediately. They were so responsive and helpful. Also worth noting: we were there when the temperatures dropped below 10 degrees, they could not have been more respectful when asking if they could stop by to drip faucets to ensure the pipes wouldn't burst. We felt so well taken care of - and definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for an amazing stay in Nashville.

We really enjoyed the Burnham. We came to Nashville for the Amy Grant/Vince Gill Christmas concert at the Ryman and stayed 2 nights at the Burnham. The place is quiet and immaculate. The apartments are beautiful and had everything we needed. The Latch app was a new experience but the videos were very helpful with explaining how to use it. We felt safe and secure. The Burnham is close to everything! You can see the Ryman down the street and it's only a block or so to the Country Music HOF. We took Lyft to a few places we went because of the rain but would have walked if the weather had been good. I will DEFINITELY stay here if I return to Nashville!! FIVE STARS!

What a wonderful place to stay while visiting Nashville! Easy walk to many attractions. The apartment was clean, kitchen had all the essentials as well as nice gestures such as K Cups as well as shampoo/conditioner available for guests in bathrooms. Would highly recommend and will stay again next time. We went in the incorrect garage entrance but a quick call to Quianna and she redirected us, and we found entrance very easily. Quianna is a wonderful host!

Fantastic place and good location. The only thing I can say is it would be nice with a bit more pressure on the shower.

Perfect location for what we were there for! We walked everywhere. Renée was incredibly responsive and shared great recommendations. Next time we're in Nashville we will stay here again!

Unexpected noises from sharing the house, but overall beautiful place for a couples get aways. So many adorable features, felt very cozy. Enjoyed the hot tub so much. Not to far from downtown Nashville and the Nashville zoo. The fan and heater were also very useful.

Book this Cabin! It’s private, cozy, clean and oh so perfect! Close enough to travel and do things to keep busy and also remote enough to escape and hide away in the cabin. The kitchen was well stocked, the linens were very clean, the bathrooms were pristine, the cabin was decorated so beautifully for Christmas! I was in heaven while staying here. Cory even accommodated our somewhat last minute request to extend our visit by 3 extra nights so we could enjoy the snow last minute! I would recommend this host EVERY TIME! The cabin is full of the things normally locked up at other air bnbs, such as extra sheets, scissors, tape, sunscreen, laundry soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels,etc. I was thoroughly impressed and happy I was able to clean along our stay and keep the place to my standards. Will be back again! Thank you for letting us enjoy your cabin!

We’ve stayed in a ton of AirBnBs, and this one by far is one of our favorites! So many thoughtful touches from the host made our NYE stay extra special. The cabin was decorated wonderfully for the holidays and was so charming. We especially enjoyed the record player with the great collection of classics along with the well equipped kitchen. You could tell the host put a lot of thought and effort into to making their guests feel welcome and creating a special experience. We hope to book again!

My family of six stayed in Steph’s home while visiting my son who lives in Nashville. My son wanted a break from city life and this home was perfect for us to have quality family time. There are several areas to congregate. We spent most of our time making music around the piano. We did enjoy the large dining table, games, hot tub, fire pit, and pool table. It was a beautiful drive into Leipers Fork to explore shops and later listen to live music. We live in a rural area and thought the roads/lane were very safe.

This cabin is beautifully placed right off back roads next to a stream that goes up & down the road. It was a peaceful getaway that allowed us to disconnect from the busy world! 100% recommend the stay for future guests.

This little cabin is fantastic! The views are great and it was very quiet. The pictures do not do this place justice! We would definitely stay here again.

We can’t say enough about Margaret Ann’s place. She is such a wonderful host, making us feel like we are truly at home. Beautiful cabin with amazing views in such a peaceful setting. It is truly one-of-a-kind. We are already looking forward to our next visit.
