I have stayed at a lot of Airbnb that were wonderful but this house and amenities exceeded my expectations. We were celebrating an early Christmas with family coming from all parts of the country. When we first arrived to the home we had a sign that welcomed our family along with special treats waiting in the refrigerator. The house had a Christmas tree already decorated, a gaslight fireplace indoors which was a perfect atmosphere for making great family memories. The outdoor had a jacuzzi and an outdoor fireplace all set to use. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed to make a beautiful dinner, there was nothing more I could ask for. After dinner there was an assortment of coffees and tea to enjoy. The host offered great suggestions for places to visit, they were always responsive for any questions I had. I hope in the future I will have the opportunity to stay at their home again. My whole family were sad to leave. Thank you for opening your home.

We had a great time staying at Autumn's place. It is just as described. It is very clean and decorated beautifully. We loved hanging out on the screened in back porch. The hot tub did get a leak while we were there so we were unable to use it which was disappointing. However, Autumn responded quickly to my text and refunded some money to us. She is a very attentive host. The house is also in a quiet area and a short drive to many bars and restaurants, stores etc.

Really enjoyed our time at the Airbnb. It was very clean and everything was easy to find in the house. The hot tub was definitely appreciated as it was cold during our stay and the location was really near to a lot of interesting restaurants nearby and within driving distance of downtown Nashville. Would definitely book again if traveling back to the area.

Nashville was a great spot for a girls retreat. Overall, the area was great and the space worked really well for our group.

Great home for a large family/friend gathering. Plenty of room and beds, and lots of open space. Back yard area could be cleaned up more, but was still worth the socializing and gathering out back. Grill worked fine and was usable for BBQs. Easy Uber access to downtown Broadway and plenty to do in downtown Nashville. Great location away from the city to be quiet and quaint, but still close enough for all the action in the city. Would definitely rent from Danielle again!

Steve helped us get checked in when we arrived to show us everything in the house. He even had mimosas waiting for us. The house was perfect for a fun weekend with friends in Nashville. We would stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our girls trip stay at The Presley! Plenty of space for us to spread out and we have no complaints! The beds were extremely comfortable too. We didn’t cook because we ate as many meals out as possible but seemed like the kitchen was well stocked and we really appreciated the coffee station. It was a perfect location to get to downtown or over to the Opryland or bee bop around E Nash. Thank you!

Place was super easy to find and very central to everything. Was just as described and super clean. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Only thing is I didn’t like was parking but that’s just downtown Memphis. Overall a great place.

Joe and Lori's home is spacious and comfortable. I absolutely love the pink and black tile in the bathroom! And the posters and decor are amazing. The yard is large but there is a small fenced area if you want to let your pup out. We prefer to walk our dog, so we enjoyed the beautiful large yard and neighborhood. It's location is close to the interstate so we could get to our destinations quickly and conveniently. We had a great stay!

This house was so adorable. Even though it was in an older community, it was still updated. One of the best parts is how close it is to bars and downtown life. Because once you get to the Airbnb you don't have to drive you can just walk or DoorDash to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

I needed a place to stay while visiting Nashville for a wedding & Mary's place was perfect! It was exactly as described & perfect for a laid-back weekend. I was attending wedding events in the neighborhood and her place was walkable to all of the venues but there was also plenty of parking near her home if you plan to drive to Nashville (which I did). Also, I opted to extend my stay by 1 night and asked Mary if she had availability. She did not but went above and beyond to send me recommendations for other places nearby! Excellent host! Highly recommend it if you are looking for a cozy home away from home while visiting East Nashville!

My parents loved Mario and Liz’s place. It is charming, quiet and located conveniently in one of the best areas of Nashville. We highly recommend it.

The house was beautiful and accommodated our group of 8 very easily. Turnkey for amentities, quick cab ride downtown, close to Vanderbilt university area. Perfect location for us.

The place was excellent. Location was close to many bars and places to enjoy that is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Fran was responsive to every question quickly and made sure we were ok with everything. Appreciate every effort made to make our stay great. Would definitely stay again.

Everything you need is there, clear instructions and quick responses. The condo was as described. I would stay here again and recommend it. Bars, restaurants and live music all within walking distance in Music Row. The Gulch is approx 15 min walk, midtown is approx 10 min. Broadway (downtown) is 30 mins, uber cost $10-15, or rent the electric scooters.

We loved the location & super close for Ubers or driving ..I will definitely be booking again if I come to Nashville.The place was so beautiful.

Amy & Jarrod’s place was perfect for my family and I. Traveling across the country we wanted to experience Nashville, and this place was it. Centrally located within walking distance to Broadway, we did it all. Sites, restaurants, horse carriage rides, it was so fun. The apartment had everything we needed to make our time an awesome one. We loved this cozy and clean stay! Walkable to fun local restaurants like Buds and Brews for weekend brunch. Beautiful sunrises over the river while sipping coffee on the back deck. Kitchen fully equipped to cook any meal if you desire or plenty of local delivery. The beds were comfortable for a well night rest. Will definitely be back again . You won’t regret this stay. Highly recommend

The building was easy to find, access and secure. Reviews in various other listings indicated condition was not matching listed photos. This unit is in very nice condition, amenities matched description and the host communication was proactive, descriptive and timely! I did not need much from them, all went well and smooth. Great hosts, well managed property / listing. Definitely recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s place. Very clean and it had everything we needed. We loved having the pool access.

Our stay was amazing, the condo was excellent. We walked everywhere, so location was perfect for hitting up the downtown nightlife. The building and area itself was very quiet, peacefuland felt safe our entire stay. I would recommend this place to any couples coming for a nice weekend trip.
