Really friendly hosts who were always so prompt with their responses on the run up to our trip to Edinburgh. Location was excellent, with a bus stop right outside the property which got us into the city centre within 15 mins. Would stay again when visiting Edinburgh and will recommend to family and friends.

Perfect accommodation for easy access to the city centre and in a very nice and quiet area. Extremely clean bedroom and bathroom and ideal if you're going to be out all day exploring and using as a base!

Kathleen was super welcoming and I really appreciated her hospitality. It’s a lovely flat and well decorated.

We stayed with Aoife & Gareth for the week and they were super helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our time. Beautiful parks to walk around, great coffee shops and walking distance to the highland cows at Swanston Farm! It was so nice to come back to clean, warm welcoming home. We would recommend Aoife if you're coming to Edinburgh.

I enjoyed a really nice stay at Anigail’s home, It was so comfortable and welcoming. The location is very convenient to central Edinburgh and I could walk through beautiful areas to The Meadows and the Centre. Lots of quaint shops and cafes in this area and I had a lovely weekend there.

Paolo is very friendly and helpful- especially when I left my phone in the room after checking out and he very kindly returned on his lunch break to reunite me with it. Grazie Paolo! The place is a perfect location for a course I'm doing nearby and is convenient for lidl and buses into the centre.

Shahab is a welcoming and friendly host. He answers questions as soon as possible and all information is clear and accurate. Their place is easy toaccess thanks to the guidelines provided in advance. It is located in a quiet area and is very well served by the different buses and shuttles that go to the city center or theairport, the bus stop is 5 minutes from the accommodation. It's clean and the bed is comfortable! Thanks to all this, I had a great time in Edinburgh! Thank you so much.

Everything about our stay was only made better by having such a great place to come back to - everywhere we turned you could tell this host thought of everything and everyone who could stay - we had no use of the plethora of items made available from pushchairs, travel cots, storage, games, books etc but it was clear you could just leave home and drop somewhere seamlessly - what a place to stay! Communication excellent, met in the property, loads of advice.

Perfect for a family trip to Edinburgh, with very close transport links. The house is clean and well equipped with everything you would need and Lee was always helpful and responsive when needed. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Michelle’s. The flat was spacious, well located and uniquely decorated. You can walk into town is lovely and straightforward and the neighbourhood is peaceful at night.

The apartment is located in a very central area, close to the Old City, and also to the train station. Will be verified to the description, very clean, everything spotless, kitchen and bathroom and bedding. It felt like a warm and very welcoming home. The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator, but it didn't bother us. At the entrance to the apartment there was a problem with the light, so we got into trouble each time to open the lock of the door, we got along with the phone's flashlight light, and then we didn't even bother to contact the host. The host initiated the communication with everything needed, and the instructions for everything in the apartment were very detailed and clear. The apartment is highly recommended.

We sadly only stayed a couple of nights in Emanuele's flat. But the time we had there was lovely! Such beautiful decor, lovely furniture and aesthetic! My husband and I felt right at home on our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Probably the best Air BnB we have stayed in. Fantastic place, beautiful location, extremely clean and tidy, everything was perfect. Rosie is such a fantastic host, it was a shame we had to leave a day early due to the storm, but Rosie kindly offered to let us stay an extra night free of charge. Really loved the fresh milk in the fridge on arrival as well as the breakfast goods. Felt right at home and will absolutely be returning. Thank you again Rosie. Lovely place, comfy, spacious and clean. Heating works fine if a bit finicky, kitchen and bathroom both work great! Necessities were provided as standard. The pool/sauna/gym are easy to access, pool is nice and warm. sauna takes a short while to heat up as expected but is great too. Location is fantastic, a 20-min walk or 10-min bus (with multiple lines available) from the centre. we never waited longer than 7 minutes for a bus. Would stay again!

Wendy is very kind and helpful host. She give good advice if you need and she communicate very well. I was visiting when she couldn't be at home and I have the best experience with the host who is responding to messages when I needed. I felt welcomed, loved and like at home. The place is easy to find, very close to the bus stop to the centre and a walking distance from the beach. The location is perfect for someone who enjoys quiet place, 20 min by bus to the centre and walking distance to the beach.

Angus & Pippa were lovely hosts with a great local guide and friendly communication. The flat was so enchanting and much larger than expected. We arrived in a snow storm and the tall windows gifted is the most magical views. Our family especially loved the cozy living room for movie nights after long days of exploration. We also loved the books for children and games available. The location was primo! Great restaurants nearby and walkable to main attractions even with kids. Wonderful flat; only wish we could have stayed longer!
