We were truly delighted to by hosted by Danni, the place was above our expectation and had everything we needed and more. I would say it is the best place to stay if you want to make your holiday to Edinburgh perfect!

We had the most amazing time here - I can see why this place gets all the good reviews. Unfortunately, we had to stay in because of storm Éowyn, but the hosts made it the perfect place to be trapped in a storm! So comfortable, extremely well heated, amenities to cook and just relaxed. Parking space right next to the cabin was perfect and the place itself is great location whether that be driving or catching the bus to Edinburgh. Colin and Gillian were just the bests hosts and so accommodating, kind and I felt they genuinely cared for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you guys!

This is one of the coziest, well-thought-out Airbnbs we’ve had the pleasure of staying in! Suzie & Glen are so kind & have thought of everything & have created the loveliest oasis! The little touches they added made for the warmest welcome, from robes to twinkle lights to the best stocked kitchen! We could not get over the generous welcome basket & so appreciated having breakfast, coffee, treats & more for our stay! Even the pup had welcome treats! The cottage is very clean & has everything you could ever need including tons of local info & walking maps. The cottage is beautifully set in the woods but close to a lovely village with a nice pub. Glenkinchie Distillery is very close, the train to Edinburgh was quick & easy, & the nearby coast is absolutely beautiful — so much to do in the area! But we found ourselves wanting to head back to the cottage to enjoy cozy evenings! Thank you to Suzie & Glen for the most relaxing getaway, & we hope to return!

I was happy for driving me to nearby places and delivering things I had forgotten. They were so kind and made me love Edinburgh even more! ! It was a fun trip, thank you! !

We stayed at William's house over new year and it was perfect for all of us (7 people + baby). The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and huge. Very plush. The location is in a very nice area of Edinburgh (which our many taxi drivers would comment on) and the house is very grand. The main street & bus to the city is a 10 minute walk away, and a taxi/uber to the town is only a 10-15 min drive. William lives in the other side of the house but it is very private & quiet. Definitely recommend! Thanks for hosting us Australians & our extended family to celebrate Hogmanay together in Edinburgh (even though the street party & Fireworks were cancelled due to weather!)

This place was exactly what we needed to get some good night sleep and continue our trip the next morning ,Bozena was very helpful and we really enjoyed the place , everything very clean,nice bathroom .
