Monthly Rentals in Middletown

Farida was a great host. The location is great, it's close to everything and very convenient. The place is small but perfect for one or two people who enjoy each other's company. The place is clean, tidy, and comfy. If I had to say anything negative it would be the neighbors have dogs that bark and bark and bark. I know that is out of Faridas control. I would definitely recommend the place for those looking to stay in the area, and if the opportunity arises, I would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful stay. The accommodations were really comfortable and the area is peaceful, feeling secluded but with quick access to everything at the same time. The host was extremely kind and super easy to communicate with. I stayed for an extended period during a work trip and would absolutely recommend for both short and long stays.

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting friends. Very peaceful setting in the woods. Will stay here again when we return

This was our third time now staying at Courtney’s and we will be back next year for two more stays. I think my wife said it best as we were leaving this morning……she said “I just love this place. Courtney thinks of everything.”
