Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Mid Sussex District

Sara is a great host. Very friendly and incredibly responsive. The cottage was just what we needed - well equipped, clean, comfortable beds, and ideal location (for Knepp). Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for a weekend with some friends and we had a great time. The hosts were very friendly and the lodge was very clean and tidy! We also appreciated the complementary breakfast and being surrounded by all the animals was definitely the highlight.

I wish we could give more than 5 stars cos our stay at The Barn was the most relaxing stay we've had for a while. We had everything we needed and the place was just right for us. Fleur was a great host and easy to communicate with. Our two dogs felt right at home and we found the property and the hot tub perfectly relaxing.

Had an amazing stay at Jane’s Old Stable on the farm. We received instructions on how to find the place beforehand and it was easy to find. The property has great views from the bedroom, was clean and had everything you needed for a stay including coal and wood for cooking outside. It was nice to admire the views and animals with a cup of tea sitting in the front garden in the morning. We enjoyed cooking and eating outside, and toasting marshmallows whilst looking at the stars. Kids especially loved the pool and hot tub. There were plenty of pool toys for them to play with. They enjoyed reading the books, playing games both inside and in the outdoor games room. We got to feed the fishes in the stream, stroke the horses, learn about the bantam hens and the kids even collected a freshly laid egg with Jane which was amazing. We had a couple of issues with the hot tub and each time Jane was quick to respond and fix the issue. Would highly recommend a stay.

We have a wonderful stay, it was very peaceful and relaxing. The views from the hot tub were divine.

Just come back from an amazing weekend at The Orchard. Wow what a beautiful place. So much thought went into making our stay feel like a home from home. Kitchen is one of the best equipped ones we’ve ever experienced . All 3 beds so comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space. The place was spotless when we arrived. Hot tub was also one of the nicest we’ve used. Charlie the host was so responsive to any questions and gave great instructions on how to use everything. Would highly recommend a stay at The Orchard and would definitely consider going back we had such a great time.

Wow is all I can say.... The photos didn't do this amazing property as much justice as it deserved!! Booked for 3 nights for My daughters Hen party with the family .. Marika was so helpful letting me chk in earlier so I could prepare the Villa for my daughters arrival.. She was readily available if we needed her.. We had just the most amazing stay and DEFINITELY will be booking again ..( Luckily for us we only live 10mins away) ...

This is an absolutely beautiful place in a beautiful surrounding! so peaceful looking out over the lake watching all the wildlife. lovely and private but the inside is lovely and modern and well equipped. perfect for a couples getaway. close to pubs and restaurants. the host Jonathan was very helpful and friendly. highly recommend.

We celebrated our mini-moon and wanted somewhere quiet and peaceful to relax and unwind for a couple of days. We were definitely able to get that here. The Stables was perfect! We were also really blessed with good weather. The accommodation was really comfortable and spacious, and we were able to make use of the outdoor bath too. The garden was dog proofed so we could let our dog into the garden and enjoy the space safely. You are quite away from nearby towns so do make sure you bring some provisions with you. This was what we were after, so we knew what to expect. I have recommended The Stables to all our friends and family!

What a beautiful get away for resetting from the busy London living life. Staying on the farm was incredible, I had the best time, it was the perfect get away for the weekend. The hot tub made it 10x better with stargazing at the evening sky. Such a beautiful hidden gem!

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well maintained. It had all the amenities required/advertised., the bed was very comfortable and the Hot Tub was a real bonus after a day sightseeing. Tony provided very clear instructions for check-in and there were also very clear instructions on the use of all appropriate amenities (central heating, shower, cooker etc). We will certainly return next time we are in the area and would not hesitate to recommend to friends wanting to stay in the area.

Such a stunning spot. The view out over the valley is beautiful. The lovely Alfriston is a 5 minute walk away with delicious pubs and restaurants. Great walks directly from the lodge and no need to get in your car. Hot tub was great once we got it up to temperature with a bit of help from Mandy which was appreciated! Really recommend and we’d love to return one day.
