Flat is beautiful and in a perfect location close to the town centre. Very easily accessible. Harry is a great host and very quick to respond to messages. Couldn’t recommend enough!

The stay was awesome, recommend especially if you need to work at CEFAS and want somewhere calm and private to stay. Close to supermarkets, the beach and at a walking distance to the train station. Only thing to note, I wouldn't recommend it to very tall people due to the low ceiling everywhere in the apartment (~195 cm).

Wonderful home with all the amenities needed for a 2 week stay. There is an ASDA nearby for groceries. Bus stop 5 mins away to go into the city and a direct bus to University of East Anglia. Although please note that the University bus comes only once every hour. Will definitely recommend this place.

Spacious, quiet, new apartment not too far from Ipswich town centre. Very responsive host who was quick to respond to all queries.

I was really impressed with my stay here, I would highly recommend to my family and friends to stay here its in a great location great price , not far to felixstowe where I met up with family, it was lovely decor ,clean and cosy big TVs in every room and how it was listed in the advert .I and my sons were really impressed with the bedside tables that charge your phones by just placing them on top! The lighting was great and a lovely outside area to sit and relax in the summer so I will defiantly be returning loved it! Thanks for the stay.

Entrance at the back so need to approach from the side rd, not Bells Rd. Parking spaces hard to find (on Sunday), and the roads are very narrow. Parking both sides then just enough room to get a car through, probably not a van or big 4x4. Excellent flat, very clean and spacious. Small bedroom is just that, small but adequate for a single. Other two bedrooms large and v. nice. Bathroom good, electric shower unit looked well used but worked perfectly. Lounge/kitchen diner area, very good. Overall, had an excellent time and would certainly book this flat again. Thanks Jason.

Perfect location for a weekend in Norwich, however it is very loud at night. We also had a few people sleeping in the entrance of the flat on the first night but they appeared to have left by the morning. The flat is so lovely inside, has everything you need and is very spacious. However there was a lot of dust on the stairs and the bannisters. The location is perfect for walking everywhere, also the parking is literally about 2 mins away! Overall we loved our weekend and will definitely be back soon!

Fab stay at Carrie’s place which was perfectly located in Downham Market. A very clean, modern little studio with everything I needed for a weekend stay. Will definitely book again.

Just got back from a lovely stay over New Year. We loved how they’d put some Christmas decorations inside and the accommodation was lovely with everything we needed. There were even a few treats on arrival which was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again.

Really relaxing stay, loved the gym, jacuzzi and the cosy feel of the cabin.

This was a perfect place for our little mini moon after getting married last year so peaceful and the place was amazing. Will definitely come back!

A really nice 2nd floor flat, with two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bath and a lovely spacious open-plan kitchen, dining room/living room area. Although we didnt use it there is also another bed on a mezzanine overlooking the lounge. Everything you could need is at this flat and the best part is a luxurious balcony with seating area and an easy to use hot tub. One other thing to mention is this flat is directly next door to Ipswich Town Football Club, so would be great if you wanted to attend a match (but loud on match days if football isn't your thing). There is secured parking with a designated space. The walk to Ipswich town centre is around 7 minutes. Last but not least, the hosts were really good with their communication, sent clear instructions to us with photos and always got back to me promptly on any questions. Would recommend.

This property was very clean throughout. Overall a very well thought out home with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those weekend cooking great food with family and friends. With both a comfortable snug around the log burner downstairs and a lovely airy sitting room upstairs with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, there’s plenty of space to enjoy your time here. A notable mention to how comfortable the beds were at Pelican Lodge. It has gated, off road parking for 2 cars, while the rear garden is secure so you can let the dog roam worry free. The wood fired hot tub and kamado bbq completed what we thought was a brilliant home for the weekend. Would 100% recommend.

A lovely little place to stay and the private hot tub is fantastic with stunning views. A good location with shops and takeaways nearby and easy access to Ipswich.

Absolutely loved staying here, the whole place was spotless, felt very homely and comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed playing the cards and dominoes provided. We loved how peaceful and private the location is and the hot tub was also perfectly cleaned; the check in/ check out process was also faultless. Would highly recommend!
