Monthly Rentals in Miamitown

Tricia and her husband were both extremely courteous and caring. The cottage was absolutely beautiful and felt like home away from home. There was a small issue with the hot water not working the first night and Tricia's husband came over the next morning right away to get it working--someone had simply accidentally flipped the switch to turn off the hot water heater--but Tricia offered for me to come shower in their own home, just a short walk behind the cottage! She also was kind enough to let me have an early check-in so I could freshen up before the conference. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything I could have possibly needed for my stay--they even offer to bring over a razor or toothbrush if you forget one! lol I would love to attend this conference yearly, and I will definitely try to stay here again. Thank you, Tricia, for making me feel so welcome!

Good option for a longer term stay. Apartment was very clean and had everything needed. Accessible location. Hosts were very responsive and easy to work with.

Conveniently located for our needs. Very comfortable, roomy, clean, and quiet. No issues, nicely updated. Much better than staying in hotel, plus pet friendly. Had one small dog accompanying us. Plenty of yard to walk the dog. Saw the chickens, goats etc in the far back of the property. Interesting, but no smell or noise unless you went to their pens, which was a good distance from the rest of the yard or house. Would definitely recommend.
