Perfect getaway - everything was exactly as listed. The stay was very comfortable and Alex & Sofi were super communicative. Great spot if you’re looking to stay in Bal Harbour!

Bright large rooms and balcony with lovely views of pool and ocean. Well stocked kitchen and baths. 2 beach chairs and umbrella each day on beach provided; additional chairs in unit. Access to 2 pools. Short Circuit ride or lovely walk to Broadwalk with many meal choices. Bike rental available. Free live music at the Hollywood Bandshell W-F as well as other small venues. Really fun vibe!

This was the perfect place to stay before our cruise. Beautiful apartment, fantastic location, and OMG the beds were so comfy. Naomi was one of the most communicative and helpful hosts we’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend!

Great place. Great stay. Everything you need. Communication between owner and property manager was a little confusing but host was let us leave our bags in the apt before it was finished being cleaned (and it was ready before expected). Check out was easy and we were able to get a late check out. Building was very busy. Elevators were a bit slow. But all in all a great stay - would stay again!

Great stay the pool is heated and newer The unit is big ! comfortable beds guest bed very comfortable! any and all things you need for adults and kids . Appreciated dish soap, hand soap, packs of toilet paper, garbage bags, kitchen supplies, spices. Parking lot was smooth lobby staff nice . Easy beach access. In the unit there’s beach chairs could beach toys so many towels & washcloth. For bathroom and beach, really appreciate that.

I stayed here for my birthday and I loved the all white aesthetic; it fit my birthday plans and ideal aesthetic. I loved the bay views I am huge on having a beautiful view and this spot did not disappoint. I was really happy with everything and would def stay here again. Thank you Rodney

BEAUTIFUL PLACE!!! Private and serene. scenery was beautiful and the host was perfect. I know it says usually responds in 40 mins, more like 10. Very clear instructions about everything. My brothers and I really enjoyed this home.

Romy’s house was an absolute dream! We spent 14 wonderful days here and truly enjoyed all the amazing amenities the house has to offer. Everything—from check-in to check-out—went perfectly smoothly, and Romy was the best host ever! He responded quickly to messages, helped out right away whenever we had a question, and we even had the pleasure of meeting him in person when he kindly brought something over to us. We would book this house again in a heartbeat—and Romy as a host, absolutely without question! Thank you so much again for everything!

Had a great time at the river house for my Sister’s Bachelorette trip, the place fit the vibe and what we needed for the group perfectly. Ubering anywhere was easy but the Miami traffic can get bad so expect most drives to hot spots to take 30-40 minutes. The pool is a little smaller than it seems from the pictures and has a little nature debris sometimes but there is a net available to fish out any leafs etc. Also if any snacks were left out in the kitchen we found it would attract a number of tiny ants, so we just kept any food in the fridge and it was fine. Overall we had an amazing time and would definitely book again!

This is our second stay at The Tropical River House, and it is an absolutely wonderful place to relax and take in the beautiful scenery. Located right along a small river, with tropical palm trees framing the most beautiful sunset, all right in the back yard! We were visited by various tropical inhabitants such as ducks, cormorants, a few iguanas sunning themselves on the seawall, and also pods of Manatees slowly swimming by from time to time. It's just wonderful, it's so nice that we spent a couple of days on the back deck relaxing, in lieu of going to the beach. Although we did get some great beach time too! The house is exactly as described, is very clean and organized, and has all the amenities you'll ever need. We "cooked in" on several nights and the kitchen has it all! The neighborhood is quiet, and the home is near to restaurants, shopping, the beach and just about everything. The Tropical River House, once again, exceeded our expectations and we will be back soon.

Lara’s place was hands down the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The place was sooo beautiful and CLEAN! It was in a perfect spot, everything about it was amazing and so accommodating for our family. The place was great but so was Lara herself! She’s genuinely someone I could see our family having a friendship with. All in all the place was perfect in all aspects and we already said if we were to ever come back it would be to this home.

It was our first vacation in Miami and Gian’s house made it most memorable and enjoyable. He is an amazing and warm host, very responsive and helpful. I would go back to his house every time we are in Miami.

Our family of 4 (2, 7yr old kids) and my parents stayed for a week. Location is amazing, walk right onto the beach, open the doors of the balcony onto the beach. They have boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and kids sand toys, and even beach towels to use. City cleans the beach daily and the neighborhood is quiet, clean, and so peaceful. Lots of space for all of us to stretch out and not be on top of each other but still so close together. Kitchen and living room are huge! Had games for kids. Outdoor dining on deck and patio are amazing. Sitting in the rocking chairs and watching the waves was incredible. Hot tub is secluded but also feels part of the ocean, it was very clean and worked great. Grill worked amazing and we used it a lot. Rocky gave us great welcome packet with local restaurants, things to do with the kids, and clear check in and check out process. Rocky was incredibly accommodating in early check in and later check out. A vaca we will never forget!

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

We recently stayed at this lovely apartment in Sunny Isles, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The clean, modern, and thoughtfully decorated space creates a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The large windows let in tons of natural light, making the apartment bright and airy. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and convenience stores, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, quickly addressing any questions I had and offering great recommendations for places to visit in the area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a major plus. The building also offered secure parking, which was a bonus in this area. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sunny Isles. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

The unit was very clean and all the directions were clear. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, and spices. There were plenty of beach and bath towels, although some additional wash cloths would be helpful. The valet was quick, we did not have any issue with wait times. The pool and beach were great and never overly crowded. You can access the boardwalk behind the building to walk in either direction, you then need to look for a public entrance to get out to the main road. There are not many places within an easy walk, but the public trolley is easily accessible or you can drive. The restaurant across the street, Cafe Bernie, that Deb recommended was delicious! I highly recommend it and I would absolutely return there. If you have a baby or toddler there is a high chair and playpen in addition to a crib. The only disappointment was the noise on the porch, construction and traffic the noise level was pretty high given the placement on the side of the building. A great choice.

Really enjoyed our stay in Marc's condo. Great location, close to the beach, shops, restos, bike rental. Very comfortable condo, loved the code access entry. The apartment has everything you need. Definetely recommend.

Great hospitality, perfect location in the heart of downtown Miami. Would love to stay there again.
