We spent 9 days over Christmas week at this house in lovely Bentonville. This was our first trip to Arkansas, and we had plenty to do. We have a 6 month old, so the provided bikes were not used (but appreciated). We appreciated all the amenities, including a fully decorated Christmas tree! Plenty of dishes, baking tools, silverware, spice cabinet (empty bottle of cooking oil-which we didn’t need). Trash bags, dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs were provided. We look forward returning in the future to Bentonville and to this house.

Had a great stay with family while in town for a family wedding. Will definitely consider this home again if we have a large group staying in the area. Kids loved the play room and plenty of fun and secure space to run around the backyard.

This place was a dream. It is peaceful and there is plenty to do with the pond right out front. The house had everything you could possibly want. We will definitely keep this in mind if we are in the area again. It more than exceeded our expectations and our host thought of everything. Great directions from the very beginning all the way through the check out. Thank you so much!

The house is in an awesome location with great views. I would recommend anyone to stay there. If you’re 7 foot tall like me just be prepared to bump your head on the exposed beams. It only took 3 days to remember when to duck. Thanks again for a wonderful house to stay in.

We rented Carolyn’s home for an overnight stay. Carolyn was very proactive with instructions for checking-in and checking out. The pictures and descriptions were accurate. The location was great proximity to the square! We would have walked to dinner, had it not been so cold. I would definitely recommend this rental! It was very clean and welcoming!

No complaints. Some people had reported that it was smaller than it seemed. But to me it wasn’t. Two bedrooms upstairs two bathrooms upstairs a bathroom on the middle floor and then downstairs people could sleep if they wanted to. Everything was clean we didn’t end up using the hot tub, but it looked nice. I would definitely stay there again.

My family and I stayed here for our Thanksgiving and we throughly enjoyed our stay! Suzette was very responsive and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms as well as lots of games to play. There was plenty of room for everyone including another twin bunk bed upstairs and the pull out couch. The area was very peaceful and secluded. Would recommend staying at Suzette’s!

Lisa the host was amazing. We wanted rest and relaxation and got exactly that!!! The wildlife running around morning and night was an added bonus. Lots of deer, raccoons and the most beautiful Fox. I will definitely book again.

Great place to stay, everything was clean and functioning. The back deck with the hot tub is the best part, gorgeous views, very private feeling. There is quite a drop off past the deck railing down to the water, made for an awesome view but could be tough to get down to the water to use the boat dock if someone is planning on taking their boat (not totally sure if any of the docks are owned by that property or not but there are public boat ramps pretty close by so not that big of a deal).
