Luxury Residence in South Beach - Roof Top Pool

Russell was a great communicator, he even sent me a list of places to go and things to do as soon as I booked the Airbnb which helped in my planning. It’s a great location if you are looking to stay in south beach / Miami Beach area. 20 minutes from the airport. We Uber’d or walked everywhere and Uber’s averaged $7-10 per trip which was great since parking in Miami is hard to find or expensive. Russell’s place had everything we needed like beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The balcony was peaceful and flow to high ceiling windows were so cute. Beds were the most comfortable airbnb beds I’ve slept in. Highly recommend.

The place was beautiful. Looked just like the pictures. Everything was so clean and up to standard. Location was amazing for what we wanted to do for the weekend. Nicole was responsive from the very beginning and gave so many recommendations of restaurants and places to visit during our stay. I will definitely be booking with her for future stays

We loved this place. It has so much character and is very comfortable, too. It’s decorated stylishly and the location is amazing for exploring South Beach. We were even able to park right across the street in a garage for $20 a night. The only small thing was that the shower water was what I would describe as warm but not really hot. However, the water was still warm enough to shower, so this didn’t really impact our overall enjoyment of the apartment. We would love to stay again in this lovely home the next time we are in town!

I cannot recommend Jesus' apartment enough!! It was so unbelievably beautiful and the views were incredible. Building amenities were also amazing - used both the gym and the rooftop pool, definitely have to stop by both! Pictures don't do them justice. Also some fantastic restaurants walking distance from the apartment and the water is only a couple blocks away. Jesus is also the loveliest host and even accommodated a later checkout. Stay here, you won't regret it!! Made my time in Miami :)

The studio is really like the pictures, it is small but it has met our need with two adults and one child. Towels and clean bed linen. Kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator. Spacious bathroom. Air conditioning chilling very well. I recommend it to other users! Host always responding to messages quickly and providing all the necessary support for our 5-night stay. Electronic lock that facilitates the access of the house and giving security to the space. Easy and spacious parking in front of the property. Thank you!

Sick place. Super Clean. Felt like home. Easy to access, beautiful small loft with tasteful furniture and a very cozy comfy bed thats hard to leave. Complimentary HBO max was great. Host left us a gallon of Cold water in the fridge, very sweet and thoughtful. The ONLY downside was the pool construction but it's not a big deal, things happen. Surrounding area: busy during peak hours of the day, some back streets near by were not the best looking, but thats expected of Miami. The area is walkable but inside a vehicle is 100% more convenient and may be a safer option. Not too far away from any interests you may be wanting to see in the area. If you are a city warrior, this is all familiar

Furkan’s home was exactly like the photos & Description! Chic, modern and instantly made to feel like a home away from home. I was in town for work, I’m building a new restaurant in the grove and needed to be close by. The condo was equipped with cleaning items for the kitchen, fully stocked utensils, EXTREMELY clean. The bathrooms provided salon quality shampoo and conditioner & basic amenities. The check in was super easy, 1 code for the main building and 1 for entry into the condo - Super secure, automatic lock once you enter. Which was very important to me. The bedding was a dream, super comfortable and cozy. And the lighting control remote was fun and also easy to utilize. There is a washer/dryer, so convenient! Not having to do laundry once you get home from a long trip is a bonus! Just do it before you leave! EVERYTHING the grove has to offer within walking distance, the location couldn’t be better! If you plan on a trip to Coconut grove - Stay at Furkan’s!

Such a cool Airbnb in a wonderful area. Dinner, shopping, the beach and nice bar/restaurants were right within walking distance from the Airbnb. We walked up and down the road enjoying bites to eat and drinks all day - it truly couldn’t be a better location. We enjoyed the Airbnb so much! Beds were comfy, place was clean, rooftop with hot tub was a perfect night cap every day we stayed. If you’re heading to Miami Beach it’d be foolish not to book here! 10/10

Raquel was super communicative and we appreciated her helpfulness. The place was nice, could have been a bit more clean but Raquel was unable to come in-between the previous guest and us since she was out of town, so that was probably why. Everything else was great!

Our experience during Easter was excellent. Maria was very attentive, I support us with everything we needed. There was never any inconvenience during our stay as everything had been prepared in advance! The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Both bathrooms work perfectly as well as air conditioning. The view of the apartment is spectacular and the apartment itself is very cozy. I would definitely stay at this same apartment again on a future occasion.

Louie’s place was clean and good value. It is in a building that could have been a little cleaner in staircase. The pizza place below is open late and you can def hear some of the activity going on. Other than that it was huge and had an enough room and beds for more than 6 people. Louie let us check out late after flights got cancelled. He was very responsive and would def stay there again
