Condo vacation rentals in Miami Beach

Great place with a great location. Not the highest end place overall but perfect for a budgeted vacation or spring break. People in the building were friendly.

Nice spacious condo walking distance to the beach in Sunny Isles. Responsive host and no issues throughout the stay.

Extremely clean, free of clutter The beds and pillows were comfortable. The parking was great, right by the entrance. I would certainly recommend. Fernando and James were very friendly on the phone. When a surprise cold snap hit they provided us with heaters. Who would’ve thought you need heaters in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area?

Karina’s place was great! It was conveniently located next to restaurants and ocean that we could walk to. The amenities were fantastic, our kids loved the pool! The views of the place were so incredible as well!Thanks!!!!🤩🌊🌴🌞

This property is at the best location- right on A1A which makes it very easy. Beach is exactly 5 minutes from this place and you can see the beach from the bedroom, living room and balcony. Neighbors are friendly. Condo is exactly as listed in the pictures. I highly recommend for both the host and property. Completely worth the price you pay for

From start to finish, Cory went above and beyond as a host. He provided excellent recommendations, acted as a helpful guide, and continued to be supportive even after our trip when an emergency arose. I truly appreciated the clear instructions and the thoughtful amenities provided. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! I highly recommend booking with Cory if you’re visiting Miami—he truly made my partner’s birthday week an unforgettable experience.

David’s apartment was very clearly described. It was clean and very well appointed. They were great hosts and the pool was amazing.

The place was absolutely beautiful and clean, with an unbeatable location right next to the beach—truly a stunning spot to stay! The hosts were very responsive, provided detailed instructions, and even checked in on us after we arrived, which we really appreciated. However, I did feel a bit anxious about the extensive handbook of rules, which made it feel like there was a lot of pressure to leave everything spotless. Additionally, having to do laundry and take out the trash, especially when departing at 5 a.m., felt a bit much considering the cleaning fee we paid. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and the hosts’ attentiveness stood out, but these details slightly impacted the convenience of the experience.

This is a very nice unit. New, clean, well furnished, well equiped and 2 min walk to the beach. I at first was not a fan of the activity fee, but it was worth it--bikes, beach chairs, etc. It was just easy, fun and clean. Carrie was great and responded quickly to every inquiry. Cheaper places? Yes. Better places for the $? No.

The room was excellent and Frost was always available to answer any questions. Great location walkable to all areas of attraction.

This Airbnb is on the 40th floor of a high rise luxury condo building, and the view is spectacular. The apartment was very clean and the beds comfortable. Claudia sent helpful tips about the area and was a responsive host. The 6th floor had a swimming pool, hot tub, chairs and cabanas and a nice gym. The building entrance is a bit tucked away, but the valet parking (included free with the Airbnb!) was convenient. One important thing to note is that the elevators in this building were (more often than not) very slow due to crowds of people and stopping at multiple floors, adding 5 to 15 minutes to each attempt to leave the building. Once in a while though we would get lucky.

It was a very nice stay! We had so much fun. Definitely felt comfortable and relaxing! Would book this place again for sure

Peter’s condo was beautiful, one of our favorite airbnb’s, great security, close to the broadwalk by the beach, many restaurants nearby, and the check-in process was well detailed. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was good and for the most part what was illustrated online. Hopefully this is constructive for the owner and helpful as the investment is minimal. Review is direct and hopefully not for public view….owner make the quick shift for a big ++ Master lights did not work/ bulbs were out in main room Master toilet had plumbing issues/ running & aggressive plumbing backdraw (probably on the building). Go there and flush a few times. Seems like the toilet will explode after 20 min Dish washer had mold so washed everything by hand. This needs an overhaul Water pressure in master sink and kitchen sink were low to non existent Master bedroom just needs a new shower head with dialed in pressure Thanks ago for the rental and overall apartment experience was great

Estilia was a wonderful , responsive host. As I was coming in late, she had brought in a little dinner for me. Arrived on one of the last cold days in Fla and not sure apt was heated. Estilia had a little heater in condo and bought me a heated throw the next day. Apt very clean and uncluttered , but with just the right amount of needed amenities. Thank you for a lovely stay. Hope to be back.

Really enjoyed the space and the location. The gym and pool were a plus.

My family of five had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and spacious. Lorena provided all the items needed to go to the beach. Which was great! Hollywood beach is about 2 miles away. Great location!

The penthouse condo was fabulous. Perfect & safe location, close to the beach & everything. We loved the pools, too. The kitchen was excellent & had everything we needed. The house manual was very helpful & detailed. George was a great communicator & very responsive. We can’t wait to come back!

very nice place and very clean. the location is great and central to a lot of restaurants and activities. the hotel is right across from the beach. the pool was clean and warm.
