This place was just what we needed. Three full bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, plus a spacious dining area and living room. The kitchen is big as well. They provide water which is a nice benefit. The location is easy to find. Street is very busy—pretty loud during the day when traffic is at its peak. There is a big grocery store (La Comer) around the corner—7 min walk. Also convenience stores (OXXO) in either direction—3-5 min walk. 24 hour door people were super nice and Uber was able to find us no problem. Thanks for a great stay!

Manuel was a very nice and accommodating guest. The apartment is large, clean, and looks like in the photos. The house staff is very friendly and accommodating. Overall, this was a great stay, which was more than worth the money.

We loved the house, super spacious, great location, the area is very nice. Very friendly staff. The paddle tennis court needs some maintenance, it's the only negative. Would definitely go back.

The house is very cool, despite not having fans or air conditioning. The pool area is very enjoyable at different times of the day because its location allows it to be in full sun for only a short time. The spaces are spacious and that allows all visitors to be comfortable. The area is very safe and quiet; in addition, there are shops, a market and several places to buy delicious food nearby. Guillermo's service is quick, friendly and timely. We had a great time!

It's an absolutely magical house. The furniture and bedroom decor are beautiful!!! And being surrounded by greenery, we didn't find any bugs. Everything was very clean and tidy. The service was super attentive to us and what was offered to us. We ate delicious food and the advantage is that you can give the money to the service and they buy what is needed to make the food Pau the cook is very good and Rulas is very helpful. The house is huge but since there are 7 people in the service, the gardens, the pool, the paddle tennis court are super well cared for with great maintenance. The house is located in a mountainous area with a very special energy. It is a place that gives a lot of peace and there are many spaces to meditate, read, listen to nature... We had one of the most beautiful New Year's Eves!!! Totally recommended for an unparalleled vacation!!! Thank you Santiago for being such an empathetic, polite host, always attentive to how we were spending our vacation.

Great space, well located, we had no difficulties with check-in or during the stay. It is worth noting that there is no space to leave the bags stored after check out. Anyway, highly recommend hosting.

We stayed with Guillermo for a month, during our relocation out of Mexico City. This meant we knew the area and were looking for home from home - and this certainly offered that. The shared amenities such as the pool and cafeteria are the best we have seen in the area , you really have a relaxed , holiday vibe and everything is new and well maintained. The flat itself was well equipped and exactly as described. Fully recommended for anyone looking for a premium stay in Polanco! Thank you!!

We had a wonderful time at Ozz's apartment in Roma Norte! The apartment has been decorated beautifully, it felt like being in a luxury hotel. The neighborhood is amazing and Ozz was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay!

Very kind in every way, everything was super clean and tidy, easy to find, close to the metro station, a super bright area to walk in the early morning when leaving the gnp, their treatment was super friendly, always attentive to anything and giving us recommendations on what we could do and where to find restaurants. Without a doubt, if we return to the City for another event in GNP, we will return to you :)

Everything was great. Manuel was attentive and communicated very well. The place is just as in the photos and very clean. The area is safe and there is security. I highly recommend it.

Great location and apartment. Roof with pool and bar was incredible! Walkable to all the cute shops and restaurants in roma norte. Very spacious living room. The building felt very safe. Mauricio was always incredibly responsive to help with any/all of our needs. Had good filtered water to drink as well so you dont have to always rely on buying bottles.
