Excellent place to stay. Close to the National Institute of Rehabilitation and Universities. Wonderful hosts. Breakfasts and coexistence with Maty and Mario are unbeatable, they are wonderful people who make your stay a delight. It's definitely the best place I've ever stayed. I'll come back whenever I have the chance.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay atTeresa‘s Airbnb. I was nursing a cold when I arrived and she was kind enough to offer me a delicious tea and cough medicine as well as make recommendations on where to find an organic food market to buy a lemon ginger tincture. The daily breakfast was very healthy and yummy. Teresa and her assistant were very helpful and maintain the property very well. There is a puppy on site who is curious endearing and very well behaved. I would recommend this Airbnb to other travelers to Mexico City. It is within walking distance of many nice restaurants and coffee shops and within a block of a major street where it’s easy to catch an Uber or public transit. I am grateful for our host’s hospitality.

The apartment is inside a beautiful and well-maintained garden. It has a resort feel. There was no noise. I rested very well at night. It was very well cleaned. And they offer cleaning every 8th day. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Hot water pressure in the shower was great. The neighborhood was very safe and walkable. And inside the gates of the complex, it felt absolutely safe. The potable cold and hot water fountain in the garden made my stay even more pleasant. The hosts were wonderful people. On my check-in day, there was a road closure and I had no idea when I would arrive. The hosts were very supportive the whole time I was on the road. I arrived about 6 hours after my scheduled arrival. Karla was there when I arrived and kindly made sure my check-in went smoothly. They were also flexible on check-out time. I highly recommend it and will stay here again.

Great! Quiet and comfortable I would just recommend to reduce lighting outside it gets very bright in the room . If you are sensitive to light bring a sleeping mask Otherwise everything is great and host is very helpful

We loved our stay at this apartment. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made it perfect for our family, with space and comfort for everyone. Everything was clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The location is unbeatable: a few steps away from shopping malls, restaurants, supermarkets and everything you could need. Alina was very attentive and was always available for any questions. We definitely recommend it and would love to return!

Staying at this place was incredible, me and my friend had a great time exploring the city. It's centrally located and close to everything it's easily walkable and very safe. Communicating with the host was very easy, she was very responsive and i appreciate all her help.

Really enjoyed our stay, the location and apartment was perfect, and quiet. Includes a hot breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not "hot" during our visit...maybe just broken, but not clear communication from the hosts on that. The pool was heated enough for a quick dip, though.

Great apartment - clean, secure, spacious. Excellent communication with host, with simple, clear instructions for arrival and check in. Location is brilliant with all the attractions of La Condesa nearby, but also the more reasonable prices of Escandón accessibile for essentials.

I have been staying long term with Salvador and Alam. Both of them are excellent hosts. Being the first time in Mexico City I had lots of concerns and needs. Alam has gone way beyond to make my stay comfortable during the first 2 weeks. Very grateful for him. I recommend them very highly.

Lovely, quiet neighbourhood and safe building

We have been there for two nights and it was a nice place to stay. Easy to get around and easy to stay there. I would recommend it.

My stay at Werner and Osvaldo's was fantastic. They are gracious + generous hosts, and their space is a true labor of love. Osvaldo offers a daily breakfast / brunch to enjoy in their lush garden surrounded by plants, birds, butterflies + their three enthusiastic pups. They were helpful with suggestions for things to do, places to eat + travel logistics. I don't often stay in shared rooms on AirBNB, but I really enjoyed it as it gave me a window of insight into life in Mexico City that I wouldn't have gotten with a traditional apartment. The home is located in the quaint neighborhood of San Angel, close to the famous Saturday market and the Frida + Diego studio - but it is a 20-40 minute drive to the historic center. For us, the location was perfect - we didn't mind the commute and appreciated coming home to a quieter side of the city. The room itself was spacious + lovely, the bed comfortable + the wifi fast :) I would whole heartedly recommend their place.

Lety and Richard were awesome hosts! The coffee and lovely breakfast was an extra lovely touch! The place feels like a retreat filled with super cool art!

100% recommended. Had a quiet stay and always felt comfortable. Consuelo is always very friendly and attentive. He gave me directions on how to get there. And transportation recommendation for the places I had planned to visit. If apartment is totally beautiful, cozy, warm. I totally loved it. Will definitely be coming back!

The space was pristine and loved the concept of shared common areas. I didn’t stay for long but I could see this space being a place to meet other cool folks passing by. The team was super communicative and helpful which persuaded me to stay in another one of their locations. Highly recommended. Great and safe location.
