Apartment vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Palermo

We (2 adults, 2 children) were unfortunately only at Erasmo and Steffi's home for one night, but we felt very comfortable. Steffi welcomed us in the evening and Erasmo was always available via WhatsApp. Before we even arrived, the communication was more than positive. He gave us helpful tips on how and where to spend the day in Palermo. He also gave us great tips on what to do in Cinisi and the surrounding area. The cottage is exactly as shown in the photos. Very pretty and lovingly converted. Everything was very clean and well equipped. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the house and the great surroundings. But it was definitely not the last time we were there. We are already looking forward to our next stay. Grazie e a presto!!!

Excellent stay in Palermo in an extremely lively and typical neighborhood. The apartment is very nice, ultra clean and particularly quiet. Very comfortable bedding. We loved strolling through the alleys, visiting exceptional places (the cathedral which offers a crazy view of the city, the Norman Palace, the Massimo theater…) sublime squares, incredible churches… the extra restaurants and what can I say about the mandarin sorbet… thank you to Antonella who welcomed us and to Valérie who was very attentive and responsive and who was able to guide us wonderfully. Everything is within walking distance of the apartment. Thank you!!

Our hosts were very special people. They took care of every request our family had! Their approach to hospitality made our vacation seemless, memorable and something we will cherish for a long time. We cannot recommend the property enough - it is large, clean and felt like home. Close to all the main attractions of mondello, and a close drive to Palermo center - we enjoyed days at the beach and nights in the city. We felt like part of their wonderful family and are so grateful we found this Airbnb. They made several recommendations that localized our trip in such a positive way. Thank you to Antonio and his family, we will miss you and hope our life crosses paths again.

Super nice hosts and great place in the heart of Palermo

Beautiful, large and clean apartment, on the second floor of a historic building with a large main staircase. Located on a quiet and secluded street, the apartment is very quiet despite being in the historic center, very close to the four songs and the most visited places. Also perfect for remote working. The host was very kind and flexible on check-in and check-out.

Flavia's place was perfect for our 7 day stay over Easter. Spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed for a wonderful stay. comfy beds. great shower and just enough supply's for a little bit of cooking. so central to everything in Palermo that we had no trouble getting around. Palermo parties over Easter late into the night so earplugs were needed but that is because we went to bed earlier than others 😅 would definitely book this apartment again

We really felt at home. The place was cozy and clean and Marina was very helpful. The small courtyard is nice. Very convenient for walking to the center and the main attractions. No difficulty parking near the apartment which is on the ground floor but still very quiet. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (including towels and tablecloth) we recommend adding a microwave.

Fiorella was an amazing host, she was very quick to respond. The place was spotless and it had everything we needed. The location was great and the neighborhood was nice and bus station close. I highly would recommend staying there when you're in Palermo.

Lovely stay at Francesca’s apartment. Very comfortable, clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Extremely responsive host. Felt very much at home and yet able to access all the interesting points of interest in Palermo. Wonderful choice of restaurants in the vicinity. One proviso for older folks or those not in good physical condition is the apartment is only accessible from the 4th floor by elevator. For us it was fine and they even helped by carrying our luggage up the last set of stairs which was so nice. It is stated on the website so it is transparent. The stairs are metal and narrow with three turns to the rooftop apartment. We enjoyed our visit to Palermo very much and had a wonderful stay in Francesca’s rooftop apartment. We highly recommend a visit here for a comfortable and very convenient location.

Our tour of Sicily ended in Palermo. The location was perfect. We were able to park the car on the private property and leave it there because everything was easily accessible on foot. Large and spacious apartment where everything seemed brand new, so clean it was. Lovely garden where to sit under the sun.

Perfect bachelorette farewell. I highly recommend Silvia's apartment, a real jewel in the heart of Palermo. The apartment is really wonderful, cared for in every detail, elegant and refined. For not to worry about the terrace with whirlpool. We had a great time in 5, perfect spaces and Silvia was impeccable, providing us with all the information to make the stay magnificent. We found a welcome bottle, snacks, bathtub already ready for use and the ability to leave luggage at checkout. Then the house is equipped with all the comforts and is really comfortable and in the city center. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay! The appartment is well equipped and nicely decorated. The rooftop is where we spent the most time , with a great view on surrounding monuments and a jacuzzi. Stefania booked a taxi to get us from the airport to the appartment and then to a private beach where she had made a reservation, which was a perfect way to get into this vacation. She was also very responsive when we had questions. We definitely recommend!

Francesco and his wife were adorable, very welcoming and discreet. The accommodation is located in a perfect location on the beautiful Mondello beach. Everything is accessible on foot or by bus, with Palermo 15 minutes away. Francesco and his wife gave us a guided tour of the city. We warmly recommend this listing!

Our family of four (including a 2.5 year old and an infant) was very fortunate to stay at Dario’s over Christmas and New Year’s. The location was excellent - in the heart of Cefalu, just a few blocks from the Duomo, the beach, and the bottom of La Rocco. It was fun to watch the holiday festivities just below our balcony. The “spa” exceeded expectations and the kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped. Dario was friendly, attentive, and had great restaurant recommendations. We would love to return one day.

Mauro's apartment is centrally located, on the main street of Palermo, and convenient to any service (station, bus stop, shops, restaurants). It is clean and equipped with every comfort to spend the best time in this city. The host was always available, kind and caring, available for any of our needs. He recommended where to go to eat, where to have breakfast, places to visit, etc. Surely if we return to Palermo we will consider this solution, because it was great for us in all respects. Highly recommended!

A wonderful place to hangout for a few days. The solarium was beautiful with great views. Sadly the hot tub was not hot but they attempted to make it work for us. The patio outside was perfect and very quiet. They were very quick to respond to questions

The location is excellent—within walking distance to everything the old city has to offer, including many historical tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, etc. The owner and hosts are responsive and friendly.
