Vacation rentals with beach access in Metropolitan city of Catania

The listing was located in a quaint village that included great restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We took advantage of the seaside for our walks. Very good location. Less than two hours from the accommodation we could visit the places (Siracus, Ortigia, Catania, Agrigento, Mount Etna CE) recommended to visit Sicily. Thank you Antonietta for hosting us!

The view from the apartment is amazing! From the shared terrace you can easily get to the sea by climbing some rocks. The apartment is nice and practical. You can park near the apartment. We had a very nice stay. Thanks Livio!

We had a great time at Dario’s place. Incredibly well located but still very peaceful at night. The space was nice and big with two bathrooms and lots of space to relax as well as a lovely balcony. Dario was a lovely and easy to reach host - would highly recommend!

This place was in my view fully according to the description and photos, nice host and convenient location!

The apartment is absolutely breathtaking! I think you probably can’t find a better view of Etna in the city than Antoine’s apartment and its rooftop terrace. If you’re lucky like us, you can observe Etna erupting at night! We appreciated a lot the modern and funky interior design as well as all the amenities that were available. Also the location was great and very central, so that you can go to the city center for a nice dinner every evening. Antoine also suggested us a parking lot nearby that we used, so that our car was safely parked and not exposed to the driving skills of locals.

we were 4 people in Marco and Amber's apartment for 7 days. beautiful, clean and fragrant apartment in the very center of Catania. Mixing exactly as in the pictures with everything you need. in the apartment quiet nothing disturbs the silence in the evening. Amber and Marco were very helpful in everything. they answered exactly to every question. they recommended restaurants and various places to see. we highly recommend this place. next time we will also come to Marco and Amber. thank you for your hospitality and a very wonderful stay in this wonderful place.

We really enjoyed our time in this beautiful apartment in Costa Saracena! The property is not only very clean and well equipped, but also offers a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea and the majestic volcano Etna. The overall quiet location of the apartment was an important point for us. However, you are definitely dependent on a rental car, as there is no public transport connection. The expressways are well connected, so you can quickly and easily explore the surroundings. The hosts were very friendly and always helpful, so we felt at home right from the start. We highly recommend this vacation rental.

Giuseppe’s place was great and the views amazing. Even though we had some rainy days, it was nice looking out over the beautiful ocean. The place was super clean and Giuseppe was very responsive to all questions. The only thing for us, which was no fault but our own, we didn’t have a car and transport to city center was $20 per trip one way. There wasn’t a lot of restaurants within walking distance but there was a great supermarket only a 5 minute walk. If you want quiet and away a little from city center this place is great!

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed. In terms of layout, design, usability and location, it does not get much better for this price. It is in the centre of a charming small city with everything you need close by, without feeling very touristy. It was great to stay here with a small child, but keep in mind that the entrance has a narrow staircase that is not super easy to navigate with a stroller.

We had an amazing stay at Sergio’s place in Sicily. Honestly, the listing doesn’t even begin to capture how special and beautiful the house is. The location is unbeatable—just seconds from the marina—and you can see the sea from almost every corner of the home. There are multiple terraces and seating areas, and the house itself is incredibly spacious. One of our favorite things was the well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking a real pleasure. Sergio was also super responsive and communicative throughout our stay. He left a very detailed guide full of fantastic restaurant recommendations and local tips, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

We had a great time. Ideal village to explore around Catania: Etna, Syracuse, Taormina (with the car). Impeccable apartment with sea view. Very welcoming host and good advice! We recommend it!

This is an amazing house on a beachfront road in a charming little town. There is a small square in walking distance that has a nice bar/coffee shop and restaurant. The house itself is lovely with very comfortable beds and amazing views both of the ocean out the front door and balcony, and of Mt Etna out of the two back balconies. Bedrooms are good sized with two full baths on the first floor and a half bath with the bedroom on the second floor. We had 5 adults in our group and never felt cramped. WiFi is good. Hosts are very friendly and helpful and very responsive to questions and give a good list of local attractions and restaurants to try. House is in an area with easy access to both Catania and Taormina, both about 35-45 minutes away by car. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

A fantastic short stay in Stazzo. Apartment has everything you may need and was spotlessly clean. Although we never met Alessandro was always on the end of a phone and was quick to respond when needed. Communication was great. I echo what others are saying about the need for a car but parking is available right outside very peaceful and quiet if that is what you are after! Alessando also left some snacks and water which was much appreciated.

We had a woderful time in this lovely Airbnb. We enjoyed the close location to the sea, the beautiful sunrises on the terrasse and the quiet neighbourhood. Wenche made us feel welcome from the very start and was always happy to help if we had any questions. We would love to visit again!

Remote location fantastic for a quite holiday. Really liked views from the hot tub. First time arriving was difficult - we found a locked gate down a very narrow access drive. We had messaged Andrea with our ETA several times, so surprising we were met with locked gate. Overall though, enjoyed the stay.

The apartment was a great option for us to stay long-term in Sicilia outside the bigger cities but still close. We enjoyed our stay so much as it is calm with a beautiful view from the balcony, a fireplace inside and so many cozy corners. The flat has everything you need, is well equipped (really enjoyed the beamer for movies and the sound system for music) and Angelo was always so helpful. Acireale has very nice cafés and restaurants and after some days you get familiar with the surroundings and staff starts greeting you as it becomes a regular place. The station is a bit far but nontheless we enjoyed the walk there and so many other cities and places (including Etna, Catania…) are reachable within minutes or hours from there.

A very kind host that gave us a lot of information and was always avaliable. The place was clean and had a lot of basic supplies to cook and water in the fridge when we arrived. The only downside was maybe the paperthin walls where we heard both constructions and the neighbors. The pool was also closed for the season which was a bit sad. On the plus side the ocean is beautiful and the village very sweet and close to a lot of nice things. All in all a lovely stay, we recommend it!

this is a spacious, homely flat with a great shower and comfortable bed. views are great and the terrace is wonderful (what a shame it rained every day - we only managed two breakfasts and an afternoon read and rest for an hour). hope you have better luck with the weather. bathroom us great with a strong and large shower. bed is comfortable. for me a fab. feature us the bedroom which is totally dark with the types of blinds. (you can choose to have it lighter). friendly host, clear instructions. try the Japanese restaurant (in am underground complex next to the little tower in tge garden opposite caffe epoca. Nobushi - lovely staff, terrific food! short walk to Gslatea metro which takes you into the centre and short walk to Catsnia Europa station where you can get a train to Taormina (trains are cheap, clean and comfortable (amd yoi can buy tickets on train line so super easy!)

Giuseppe is a wonderful host - very helpful, kind and considerate. We felt at home with him. The property is wonderful! Very close to the sea, with a wonderful bay and almost no tourists. If you want to relax from the hustle and bustle, Giuseppe's house is perfect! You will find everything you need for your vacation: a fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms with a comfortable bed and a private garden with sun loungers, table and chairs, barbecue area and outdoor shower. It is a great starting point for exploring Catania, Taormina or Syracuse. In the area there are many grocery stores, a pharmacy and a hospital, but to enjoy all the services you will need a car, which you can rent at the airport or in Augusta. Noemi’s apartment was the best one in a row of apartments in our journey. First, Noemi is very respectful and caring - all the communication with her was a pleasure. Secondly, the apartment itself is much better it looks on the photos - it is cozy, qualitative amenities, 2 spacious terraces with beautiful views on Etna and surroundings. Every time we were at home it really felt relaxing. I need to admit fast Internet (was important for me as I was working), well working air conditioners in every room and overall qualitative equipment, furniture and plumbing - didn’t have any issues with anything. As for the location: there is a pool right in front of the entrance. The closest beach is just outside the residence - crystal water, but the beach is doubtful in terms of comfort. The only bad thing about our stay is Mascali itself - not the most beautiful and prosperous place in Sicily, but the residence, its comfort and views drive you away from that

Top, well designed and furnished, comfortable beds, the host warned us properlly that there was problem with the washing machine, nice location. We would be happy to come again.

Well-located accommodation, close to Catania, Etna, and 1 hour from Taormina. A little out of the tourist center, but several restaurants nearby in Aci Trezza. Excellent recommendations for tours and restaurants by our hosts. Very nice welcome by Julia, many recommendations and detailed information. Accommodation a little cramped if you imagine staying at 4, but ideal for 2 people! Perfect equipment, with beach essentials, umbrellas if needed, etc.

We had a very nice stay in the two-story apartment. Views of the sea and Etna were stunning. The accommodation was equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. We would recommend the place.

The reception was very warm, there was also a welcome pack with pasta sauce lemon orange...the apartment was very clean and spacious. Everything you need is there and the beds are very comfortable. The view of Etna was breathtaking. We were there for 4 days in early March. Roberto and cettina would have been available day and night in case of problems, which we didn't need. We would come back any time and would like to thank you very much for the hospitality and wish them all the best.
