Vacation rentals with a patio in Metropolitan Borough of Solihull

This place was just what we needed for 5 girls going to an event at the NEC - the beds were comfortable, the linens cleans and we each had clean towels laid out for us. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook an easy meal and make packed lunches. The heating was easy to use. The shower was good. We didn't spend much time in the day but in the evening and overnight it was quiet about the area. I would recommend for anyone who needs somewhere close to the NEC to be their base and for the price is was great value and exactly what we needed.

Excellent all round, no issues. We only stayed for a short break but the flat had all we needed. Great location for walking into Malvern with the added bonus of parking. Close to Malvern Link if coming by train. Looks just like the photos, a nice quiet base with a small private outdoor area. I saw some complaints about the double bed but it now has a memory foam mattress which was so comfortable it was hard to get out of it! Internet worked fine, pub and walks nearby. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Kristin's apartment was lovely - it was very clean, well furnished and beautifully designed. We had a very comfortable stay. The apartment is in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. Kristin was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend!

Lovely place to stay for quick drive to the zoo. Place was immaculate and perfect for our family. Would definitely stay again.

Wendy was extremely helpful and informative. Responded quickly to any queries which I had. The flat was perfect for my needs as I was visiting family locally. The flat was adequately equipped and cosy. Very clean, private and good value for money. It was a very cold week and the heaters in the lounge and bedroom struggled to keep the flat warm, however Wendy had provided two extra electrical heaters to use if required. These were very welcome. Overall I was very pleased with the accommodation and would recommend to anyone. Hopefully I will be staying there again when I visit Lichfield next time. Thank you Wendy for enabling me to enjoy my stay.

Easy access by vehicle into Lichfield, even though a very central location. Extremely quiet spot, but just 2 minutes walk from bars and restaurants.

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

We had a great stay at Mun’s house! The house was clean, comfortable and as described. We stayed to attend a music concert which was within walking distance and popped into the city to do some shopping which was only a 10 minute drive. The area was quiet and safe and check in details were straightforward. Mun gave good recommendations of local places to eat and was very friendly and responsive leading up to and throughout our stay. We will definitely be back to stay the next time we are in Birmingham :)

I had a wonderful stay. The home was cosy and stylish, creating a peaceful, zen vibe. The location was excellent, close to many amenities such as pubs, restaurants, and shops. I would highly recommend it.

Gorgeous accommodation that was completely spotless! The views of the gardens were lovely. Lots of room in the kitchen for cooking and the bathroom was stunning, wish I’d made use of the bath. Would definitely recommend!

Joy has been great at communicating with us from the start. Clear instruction and the house made us feel welcomed right from the start. There was no hassle and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay at Javan’s place. Apartment was beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you would need for a trip away. Location is great walking distance from everything in Worcester centre. Would definitely stay again :)

The apartment has a wonderful private terrace with the most beautiful views, and incredible sunsets. It was the perfect place for peace and quiet and great wifi so we could work. Literally across the road you had access to walk the Malvern Hills, with the most spectacular views. A few minutes Walk to the lovely local pub, just check times if want food there. The apartment is completely private and had everything you could need. Lovely bed linen and a super comfy bed. Justine and her family lived above the apartment, thank you for sharing such a special place. We will def be back :-)

Happy to recommend this lovely apartment with a lovely garden that goes to the edge of the Canal. Heating excellent and very well appointed kitchen. excellent parking. No negatives to report at all .

They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering warm hospitality from the moment I arrived. The accommodation itself was top-notch—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I could have asked for. It’s clear that Pam and Paul take great pride in their property, and it shows in every way.

Alex was a great responsive host. Always replied instantly and helped with any queries. The area is lovely and quiet and the grain house was a lovely stay. Really cosy and comfy. Will definitely be booking here again.

Really great apartment just down the road from the train station for very easy access to Resorts world for a concert we were attending ! The space is just as described and was very easy to get into and communication was great!

Ryan's apartment was perfect for my 10 weeks stay in Birmingham. The flat had everything I needed and even had a very well equipped kitchen! It was clean, nicely decorated, and very bright with natural light. The location is great too, being very close to central Birmingham and lots of great restaurants! Ryan was a great host, providing me with a list of local recommendations and responded quickly if I ever needed anything. Overall a great stay, would definitely stay again!
