Great apartment- perfect for my stay. Living space was well laid out. The location was really handy for a walk and also to get into the city.

Probably the best experience I’ve had staying at an air b&b, the communication, description and apartment was superb! Highly recommend!!

Would recommend. Lovely flat in a fantastic location. We had problems checking in as the door was locked. However, given 5 stars as the issue was dealt with quickly.

I enjoyed my stay at Ayodeji’s listing and the place was very clean and matched the photos. The apartment was in a modern apartment block and very easy to find, check in process was simple. Only thing he could improve on is providing more towels for guests.

Place was lovely, absolutely perfect. My partner and I really enjoyed it. Only small problem we had was figuring out the check in process, but we managed and was very worth it for the lovely apartment.

Amazing stay as usual, was especially accommodating with me booking so last minute, couldn’t recommend more.

Cracking location for gigs

The house was fit for purpose. Doesn't look like anything special but it is great value and had everything we needed.

This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

Spent good time in Manchester. Good location for walking tours, easy accessible from every place in Manchester.

The apartment was more than expected for size and functionality. It had everything we needed for a short stay! The location is great.

Was a comfortable stay for a couple of nights. Clean and comfy apartment. Host was really responsive and replied quickly with any queries I had. Would recommend if visiting Manchester City as everything’s in close walking distance.

A wonderful find. A great base for exploring both the city and the Peaks. Very welcoming host, nothing was too much trouble. The flat is well equipped with plenty of space to relax in. Lindsay responded very quickly to our very last minute booking. Would stay again if in the area.

I have stayed in Scott’s apartment for a month. Wonderful location! Supermarket and train station is near this place. It takes 15 mins to Manchester City Centre.

Jeremiah’s property is in a very central location, easy to access all of Manchester City center. He is a very flexible host and was kind enough to allow us to check in much earlier than expected. It was a very well sized property and allowed for a very enjoyable weekend.
