We had the pleasure of staying here a few weeks ago and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We booked this accommodation as we had tickets to see Peter Kay and needed a central location in Manchester. The accommodation exceeded our expectations—the photos didn’t do it justice! The pool and spa facilities were excellent, and the city views were absolutely stunning. Concierge was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the AO Arena and plenty of bars in the area. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Andrew!

Fantastic stay, everything went as planned from the meet and greet to key drop off. It was our first Airbnb experience and definitely won’t be our last. The property was exactly as advertised, spotless and welcoming. Only a couple of miles walk (or short tram / bus ride) from all that Manchester has to offer. We had a brilliant weekend and would like thank John and Barbara who made everything so easy from booking to leaving

I booked this listing for my sons first visit to manchester to see his favorite team play. The apartment was fantastic with views of the quays and the stadium. Staying here only added to our trip. will be definitely booking again for our next visit

Private, easy to find, parking easy, clear instructions and friendly host. Sauna and pool a nice add on - had it all to ourselves! No working lift at the mo, and there’s building works on the balcony with scaffolding. But for a weekend stay we weren’t disrupted at all. Apartment has everything you need ⭐️

Conveniently situated near to High Street/shops/restaurants & well stocked with milk, water, tea & coffee. Comfy beds and a pretty quiet stay despite staying in Fri & Sat nights. It was a little complicated with the entrance/parking etc but we received clear instructions prior to visit.

I stayed in this flat for almost 3 months. The host was very kind and easy to contact. When I asked him something, he immediately responded. If I stay in Leeds for a long period again, I'd like to stay here again.

We had such a great stay at Khateeb’s accommodation this week! The location was perfect for us and the apartment had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Khateeb responded quickly to any questions and seemed genuinely keen to make sure all was well for us. I can highly recommend!

A great host and a great accommodation. I had booked only one night for a work trip but this place makes you wish you could stay a bit longer! Very cosy, extremely clean and kitchen was well equipped. Absolutely lovely balcony views and a great bonfire in the balcony perfect for gathering around and making our social life memorable! Great communication with the host, extremely helpful and goes far beyond to accommodate specific needs from check in to check out. Such a warm and homely feeling from both the service and accommodate.

Just stayed here for three months while working at the Sheffield Crucible and it was perfect. Great location within easy walk from the theatre and city centre, comfortable and a great little city apartment.

Nice location and close to the city centre in walking distance. A fab bar and restaurant just outside the building (make reservation as it is popular). The apartment as described per pictures; modern, clean and a nice complex with training room and a café. Dan is easy to communicate with and replies promptly. Easy check-in with good instructions.

Fantastic stay! The apartment was amazing, stylish and in a prime location in Manchester. The host was incredibly responsive and gave great local tips. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!

Charlie is a great host. The house is lovely especially the kitchen and garden. The location is perfect for the train station and it's a short walk to great bars and restaurants.

Host has excellent prompt communication skills with clean thorough instructions, easy access easy to get to, and in a prime location. Very efficient with replies due to it being a last minute unplanned stay would definitely recommend Chris as a host and wish him all the best on his air bnb journey(:

House was perfect for our needs.. Very self explanatory..heat, hot water. Wifi & Off street parking was great.. Fully recommend! Google maps seemed a little off on exact location but that may have been location services.. Just check a picture from street view and it will identify the house 👍 Again stay was great.. Highly recommend!

We couldn’t have wished for a better home from home to gather our family together for a late Christmas. The property comfortably accommodated us for the entire celebrations. It is exactly as described, being warm and welcoming as well as stylish and comfortable. The family room was a great shared space with the lounge ideal for a bit of quiet time. Communication from the hosts was clear, friendly and helpful throughout.

Diana was an amazing host. She ensured that our check in was easy and self explanatory. Her home is absolutely stunning, it’s a spacious beautiful new build with a spacious garden. The home was absolutely clean and we had no issues at all with anything. The home is located in an amazing area and was easy for us to get around Manchester. There was a lot of local shops in the area. She provided us with a descriptive video explaining how use the essentials in the home such as the heater , checking in etc. She had very good communication throughout our stay and was so lovely. Diana even gave us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco Rose which perfectly fitted the theme as me and my two friends were staying for my graduation celebration. Overall, we had an amazing time and will 100% be staying there again!
