Fantastic location for a walk around New Orleans vacation!

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay! The hot tub was a great experience and Katrina was very accommodating. If we visit NOLA again, we will definitely stay at the Tiki Den!

Such a nice place, so relaxing, and so close to all the activities we wanted to do! Everything we needed was 20 minutes away or less.

Beautiful historical home with nice common areas and a large porch to relax. The room was well appointed with furniture that fit the home. The only drawback was the hardwood floors made you aware of other guests coming and going. I would stay there again as the location was awesome.

Great hospitality and convenient and in a quiet neighborhood just 10 - 15 mins from down town.

Gary’s Tropical Oasis Getaway can’t be best! I could list all the positive features that make Gary’s place truly amazing, but honestly all the other reviews do a good job of that so I’d simply encourage prospective guests to read those. Instead I’ll just say that Gary’s place was so awesome that we decided to extend our stay a couple nights! And the outdoor courtyard pool area had a lot to do with that decision 😎! Luckily we had flexibility with our travel itinerary & luckily the property was available for our extended stay. Thanks Gary & Eduardo!

Lovely house that was even nicer in person than in the photos! Great amount of space for our group and all amenities made this a great stay for us while in New Orleans. Would definitely recommend a stay at Kurt's property!

Rachel and Brad were great hosts. We enjoyed staying at their place with our 3 year old. We even brought my mom and her little dog along last minute and there was plenty of room for all of us. The location was great, easily drive-able to the hot spots even during Mardi Gras week. Super close to city park and some fantastic coffee shops!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brenna & Nicks place. Excellent accommodations, great location, very walkable to City Park, trolly, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay there again if available. Very friendly host, pleasure staying there.

Allison was an incredible host! She communicated preemptively, effectively, and efficiently. She and John even invited us to their annual Mardi Gras party, which was a blast! My luggage was delayed arriving, and she offered me anything I needed while waiting. The place was very safe (gated front entrance) and perfectly located. I would recommend Allison's place to anyone wanting to visit NOLA.

Mandie’s place was perfect to walk to the Mardi gras parades on St. Charles. The bedroom, bathroom and backyard were great. Our dogs loved the little backyard!

Anne’s home was cozy and comfortable. Her home was supplied with everything we needed throughout stay. She was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all our questions. She even worked hard to allow us an early check in! The location was so convenient to walk into town. We never had to drive anywhere we wanted to go. There’s a wonderful bakery & coffee shop just around the corner. Our only difficulty was navigating the very narrow alleyway to the back. My husband had to walk a little askew. Avoid large luggage. Once in the back, it’s quiet and serene. The bungalow is precious and perfect for two adults. We really enjoyed our stay there and working with Anne.

Cool, funky little place just a mile or so outside of the craziness of Bourbon street. Great hosts, super dog friendly. Would for sure stay here again

The house was close to lots of restaurants and we walked everywhere. We were close to the parade routes so it was the perfect location. My kids also got to see all the floats line up on tchoup which was so cool. We loved the place and would absolutely stay again! Very clean and comfortable!

The host was very responsive from beginning to end. Ran into a hiccup and it was resolved almost immediately. The place was very pretty and the area was homey. 1000/10 would recommend.

Our stay at this beautiful home was absolutely perfect! The house was impeccable, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The backyard was magical, and sitting on the front porch was so much fun-- both ideal spots for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The location is unbeatable—just steps from amazing restaurants, shops, and all the excitement of Magazine Street, yet the house itself was peaceful and relaxing. Our host was incredibly attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to return on our next trip to New Orleans!

Staying at Deborah's place was a great experience. The house is filled with character. The location is great if you're visiting Tulane and walking Audubon park, which is nearby, is fantastic. Deborah is a fantastic host. She was very proactive in providing recommendations and making sure that we understood the workings of the house. I highly recommend.

Perfect hideaway for 1-2 people. Cozy studio and beautiful outdoor space. Great location and easy to get around. Steve and Tamarin were friendly and helpful.

Milosh’s place was perfect for our group visiting New Orleans for a chill bachelorette weekend. While we had a larger group, we were able to accommodate everyone comfortably. The downstairs half bathroom is located right under the stairway so it was convenient to the downstairs bedroom and living room. Note that because this home is historic, if you are going during colder and warmer times of the year, it may take more than the usual increase in the thermostat to heat or cool the place, but once we figured this out, we were comfortable our whole stay. Two blow-up mattresses are provided for any additional living room guests, which we used. We did need to message Milosh about where to locate extra bedding for them, but he responded quickly to let us know where to find them. The pool was a nice place to relax at the end of the day, but we only used it one day, since it rained the other days and it was a little too cold to use in the rain. Overall, we had a great stay here!

Overall it was a great stay! There’s only a couple things that need some attention. The back button on the TV remote In the living room didn’t work and there’s no tv in the room. The shower head could definitely be replaced and the kitchen sink wouldn’t drain. But the place looks exactly like how it did in the pictures and the location was perfect. Close enough to bourbon street but far enough to be away from the noise. I also told them it was my bday but didn’t get any decorations or anything like I was promised. But overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again!

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING!! Great location. everything is walking distance. Two Bedrooms. Two full baths. Plenty of blankets and pillows. It was very clean. We were able to check in early. The host was very responsive! Absolutely terrific!!!

Aprils place was amazing it was just as pictures . I felt right at home and the aesthetics was exactly how I wanted my first experience in New Orleans to be . She gave great food recommendations every spot I went to was delish !!! This city is just a magical place from the moment you step off the plane I will be back an I would definitely rent this place again !
