Family-friendly vacation rentals in Metairie

We had such a great stay here. Everything was perfect. It was so nice being walking distance to bourbon street, the casino, the riverwalk and so many stores and restaurants. There was always someone at the front desk which was very helpful. Even the local transportation was only one street away. We will definitely stay here again if we return to New Orleans.

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

This is one of my favorite AirBnBs I've ever stayed in! Everything was absolutely perfect. We loved the hot tub and how walkable everything was (some stores and restaurants nearby, super easy to get to bus or street car). It was also super quiet, which was nice after loud nights out! We would definitely stay here again! Only note - the ceilings are low. I'm 5'11, and needed to duck a bit through the doorway to the bedroom. I believe this is noted in the description and was no problem for us, but if you're over 6 feet tall, you may be uncomfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at D & S’ place in the Bywater area! It’s close to many places in the French Quarter, clean, and we felt safe staying there. We enjoyed the fact that we had an extra bit of privacy by the ramp. We parked our truck in front in the street for three nights, and felt comfortable doing so. We would definitely stay at D & S’ place again!

Great hospitality and convenient and in a quiet neighborhood just 10 - 15 mins from down town.

What a wonderful spot this is! The location is fantastic and the house is perfect.

The place is beautiful, very clean, nicely decorated and modern. The staff was kind and responsive from the time when I initially booked the unit. We arrived a day early for a cruise and stayed in 1101. We were a pretty large group, but there was plenty space for all of of us to fit and be comfortable. Our original unit had an AC issue, so we were switched out before arriving, but we were thoughtfully compensated for the slight inconvenience. We look forward to visiting again in the future :-)

Enjoyed the trip so much! The place was amazing. My girlfriend and I enjoyed all of the little touches from the tylenol & tampons in the bathroom to the large variety of plates, pans, cups, etc. Very clean and cozy. We didn’t have any trouble with the dog barking at night and the place is really close to multiple different bus or streetcar stops so it was extremely easy finding transportation to where we needed to go. We are so appreciative that we got to experience NOLA while staying in such a nice place!

Our family of six enjoyed this beautifully spacious spot in New Orleans! It is very close to the quarter as well as uptown. It is a beautifully appointed space and we enjoyed it very much!!

Rachel’s place was amazing to stay at. Me and my family truly felt like we got the Louisiana experience staying here! The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. The beds were so comfy and there was a heater to keep us warm!! The place was also extremely clean! Rachel was very responsive and kind. We were even able to take some cute beads home thanks to her! If you are considering a trip to NOLA this is the place to stay. We will definitely be staying here if we are ever back in the area.

loved the place/location so much we requested another night. This was seamlessly accommodated. safe neighborhood. walkable. loved taking the streetcar to all major points of interest. There were lots of books in the house which were really neat to review in the evenings. There is a particularly neat one with historical pictures of New Orleans before/after. We picked our favorites and then went to all those sites.

We had a great stay at Charles’ place. The location was great- some delicious and walkable nearby restaurants and cute houses in the area. A longer walk to bourbon st but still doable on foot and nice to be a bit outside the ruckus of the major tourist area. Huge and beautiful kitchen, and we appreciated that we could log in to our Netflix account. The bed was very comfortable and the house has a lot of character!

Check in was easy and the host was communicative! Great proximity to all the stuff we wanted to do in NOLA. We were traveling with our dog so we appreciate that the space was dog friendly!

Great space, really cozy and comfortable. Perfect location near Frenchmen Street and the Quarter, but quiet and tucked away. It felt very safe. We really enjoyed both the patio and balcony areas. This is an excellent find!

Great spot near all the retail and restaurants of Magazine District. The unit was very clean and management is very responsive with communication!

Great place to relax- even for one night! We had a quick stay during the TS weekend. This house has many amenities- including a pool and an amazing sunroom- I only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy them!

Loved Tamarin and Steve’s place! Morning coffee by the pool was my favorite part. Check in and check out was super easy. We will definitely be back!

I loved this apartment in the Bywater. It comes with a gated garage and gate codes so I felt very safe. The place looked exactly like the pictures. Very spacious and very clean. They respond very quickly. I enjoyed my stay and will recommend. There wasn’t a TV inside of the room, which kinda sucked but they have one in the living room. Other than that, it was a great stay! Thank You!

This was the perfect location and venue for our group during our stay; Spencer was very communicative and solved issues immediately if we had any!
