Bev's place is located on a hill with a very nice view of the morning sunrise. We spent several mornings and evenings sitting on the patio relaxing in prep for or following our daily strenuous activities. The location is away from the busyness of Grand Junction but close enough to access whatever you need. The pictures accurately reflect the property...just be aware that there is no oven which was not a big deal for us. Laundry is available in the unit. Even though we had temps in the 80s, the property was nice and cool without running the available air conditioning. If you're looking for a place to veg-out during your down time but be accessible to the activities around GJ, you can't beat this one.

A spacious, clean and peaceful place to stay with lovely hosts. There is a well stocked kitchen and great hiking and mountain biking literally just a few minutes around the corner at the National Monument and Lunch loop trails. Overall one of the nicest and most relaxing stays in our long road trip.

The kitchenette features vibrant green cabinets and stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator and microwave. A large ceiling fan is overhead, and a decorative area rug adds color to the living space. A comfortable sofa is positioned near a wooden coffee table, with windows allowing natural light.

Cute, efficient, spotless, great little single shower with plenty of hot water and strong water pressure! The space works well - particularly for a couple or one person traveling solo but the 2 available beds ( pull out sofa and a bed) make it a cozy but doable, well equipped and homey stay for 2 friends staying together. Wonderfully comfortable sofa with a good mattress on it for sleeping, bed mattress was especially comfortable also!

This place is heaven on earth! Jawdropping setting, quiet and peaceful surroundings, wish we could stay longer! The apartment was very spacious and well equipped to a high quality standard. We loved that we could hike from the property into Colorado National Monument park.

Charles’s place is on a very quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac - loved that I did not hear the traffic of the city and was listening to birds instead. Really enjoyed the location being a few short miles outside of town. It’s very short convenient to drive into the town of Grand Junction but nice to be staying somewhere on the outskirts.

I was in town for a busy work weekend and Ryan's place was perfect as a landing pad. Comfortable and clean with everything I needed. I was getting in late and they made sure the outside lights were left on so I could find my way in smoothly. Also there is an AMAZING bakery less than a 10minute walk away (win win)!

Caitlin’s accommodation works so well, providing 2 very comfortable beds with good separation of space between rooms, squeaky clean and bright, modern bathroom with large, long shower, nice, solid, high end furnishings and very comfortable long, large sofa. All the cooking utensils one might need seemed to be there, were very clean and well organized without clutter, and there are cheerful decorative details throughout. Only issue to be aware of is that freshly cleaned linens on the wonderful king sized bed had that overly powerful, fruity detergent smell mentioned in only one previous review, irritating to even the most tolerant sleeper, so I switched out those linens with fresh personal linens that I had coincidentally brought along. The linens on the smaller queen bed in the second room had a much more mild scent and were not at all over-powering. Wonderful, cute apartment! The apartment house was super quiet though other rooms were booked. Great outdoor seating space too!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. A great stay in a nice location with privacy for both the vacationers and the homeowners. A few things were quickly fixed for us and we appreciate everything they did and offered!

We had a great time here and would definitely go back! Everything was super easy and the location was perfect. The apartment was very comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised to find a extra, fold-up mattress and linens for our son. The garage access with a bike rack was a nice amenity.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Fort Austin. This was a perfect getaway for both of us and our dog. Tim was very friendly and he even made a fire for all his guests the last night that we were staying there. I can't wait to go back to Fort Austin and relax with the serene views and mountain alpenglow. This is an absolute gem and a perfect place to escape for the week or weekend. Thanks Tim!

My son and his family had a wonderful stay at The Cedaredge Lodge. The apartment was so comfortable and ideal for their family. They loved the outside kitchen, game room, hot tub and the beautiful location. What a very special place to stay for Christmas.
