Feel free to ask how far the house is located from your desired destinations. Lightrail, uber/lyft are always great but if you are traveling short distances, like to Sloan park, grab a Bird scooter rental or lime bike! Download the apps to help you locate them! They are all around this area! Please note I do have 1 security camera pointed outside to the front of the house for security reasons. Thanks for understanding! The house is located on University Ave, which makes for great fast access to many different locations but please do note that during heavy traffic hours it can be heard from inside the front of the home. The bedrooms are however located on the back side of the house for quiet sleeping arrangements.

Amazing remodel just finished in November 2022! If you’re coming to relax, have fun, and be close to everything, this is the place for you! Perfect place for spring training, golf, shopping and entertainment. Only minutes from the airport, downtown Scottsdale, Tempe, ASU, Cubs and A's stadiums. Great shopping, restaurants and theaters just across the street. The house is a cozy 4 bedroom with 2 masters. Not large but sufficient for your basic needs. 2 car garage available if you need it. Pets 👍

This is a comfortable home-base for trips to Tucson, Flagstaff, Sedona, the Grand Canyon, or a short drive to A.S.U. and downtown Tempe. The photos of the interior may not do the dimensions justice.
