Karen's place is a lovely place to stay for a short or extended stay. The location was in a walkable residential neighborhood. Close to the Superstition Wilderness area and the Salt River. The backyard was beautiful with a variety of plants. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio listening to the birds. The bed was very comfortable. The inside was set up with everything you may need while away from home. We would stay here again.

We came into town for wedding planning and we could not have found a more peaceful place! Every detail was perfect and he included such thoughtful amenities. I was blown away at how well equipped this place is. Plenty of towels, blankets, coffee and many more supplies if you forgot anything. Tom is also very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend Tom’s place for anyone coming to the area!

The grounds and pool were lovely, and we appreciated the assigned parking spot, which was very close and convenient. The workout facility was a great bonus. We felt very safe at this Condo. My friend and I loved the house! We liked how everything was decorated, it was so cute and inviting! There was a large open kitchen with everything you could think of for cooking meals, also had a kitchen island with chairs, large dining table and plenty more seating. The pool was clean and felt refreshing but not too cold. Steve was very responsive for anything we needed and checked in to make sure everything was good and that we had enough supplies during our stay. He gave us a huge list of recommendations in the area for food and things to do and go see. The neighbors were really friendly as well :)

Large, nicely updated 3 bedroom end unit/top floor condo in a quiet community. Comfortable beds & linens, lots of extra towels and supplies. Off Scottsdale Road, so nearby lots of restaurants & activities. Host Bryan was exceptionally responsive in answering questions ahead of time and during stay. Would definitely rent it again next time we’re in Scottsdale area.

Brandon is a STELLAR host!! He let us check in early, was so responsive, gave great local recommendations, was accommodating of requests like pool heating, and more. The Airbnb was so clean, and the pool is large and so much fun! Great backyard and gorgeous area very near a cool park where you can hike/walk. Easy and quick drive to Old Town Scottsdale. A few notes so you’re prepared - while the kitchen is pretty well stocked, we couldn’t find any Tupperware or a can opener - take note if you plan to cook! The bathrooms were super clean but fairly small, but Brandon is super thoughtful and had additional mirrors all over the house, so it was still easy for our large group to get ready! Brandon had so many amenities, and was so nice. Gorgeous place!
