Monthly Rentals in Mermaid Waters

We stayed in the flat for the second time and had another great stay! We loved the location, and there was everything you needed! We would love to come back again.

Jenny’s place is within easy walking distance to Nobbys beach cafe and restaurants and also Miami North beach. There is always plenty of safe in street parking and is easily accessible by car. It has plenty of space and a private outside sitting area. Note, no shampoo or soap is provided in the shower and apart from tea bags and coffee sachets, there is nothing else provided in the kitchen like salt, pepper or cooking oil.

Fantastic house, we were a group of 10 (2 families). The house was brilliant. Being able to swim in the pool, play pool & go kayaking on our down days was perfect. 10 of us comfortably sat around the outside table to eat as well. If we come back to the Gold Coast we would definitely book this house again.

Couldn’t recommend Laurie’s place more, we were very happy with our stay - in a great location minutes from Pacific Fair and Mermaid Beach, and away from the hustle bustle leading into Surfers which we preferred. Laurie’s place is clean and all amenities available as listed. We had no troubles during our stay and found checking in and out a breeze. We would highly recommend Laurie’s place to stay when visiting the GC!
