Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Meramec River

The house itself was exactly as described. Lots of games and things for people to do there. We were in town for a funeral so we did not spend a lot of time at the house, but we would definitely rent here again if we were coming in for a Social visit. The owners were very responsive and flexible. I was impressed with this one top to bottom

Richard and Mary are great hosts that go above and beyond to accommodate their guests. The farm is a beautiful place to camp.

This was the perfect, cozy spot to rest before an eventful snowboarding day at Hidden Valley! The space was warm and relaxing while still having plenty of height clearance for my 6'2" husband. This place was great for winter, and I bet it's also gorgeous in the spring time. I'll definitely plan to stay longer next time when I'm able to be back in the area!

Rebecca was an excellent host and even barring the Winter weather it was a beautiful landscape and view. The home was warm and cozy and clean and had many 'extras' to make sure you were comfy even if you forgot something. She isn't joking about her hilltop home with a steep drive so definitely make sure you have 4 wheel as a fair weather vehicle will most definitely be parked at the bottom of the hill but she did offer a ride if it would have been needed ❤️ The master bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were no squeaky doors or failing plumbing/electricity (always a plus when everything works 😁) We stayed with our Neapolitan Mastiff for a dog show at the local Purina Farms and she never even flinched at allowing her to stay. We will be booking her place again for the next show we attend for sure and hopefully get a different seasons view from her super cozy deck over looking miles of open landscape 🌄

I love this listing. I've stayed multiple times and am already wanting to go back. the location is quiet and serene. you can see all the stars from the hot tub at night and its beautiful. the home itself is cozy and has everything you need for a nice trip away.

I wish I could give this place 6 stars! It was so cozy and charming and it had touches that most corporate Airbnb's just don't have anymore. Like, we forgot a mixing bowl and strainer and we're thrilled that the kitchen was STOCKED with any piece you could need! We sipped hot coco around the wood burning stove and went to bed on, I kid you not, the most comfortable mattresses we've ever slept on. Everyone came down to breakfast and in unison said "my bed was so comfortable" - my pet boarding fell through for the weekend and I was also over the moon that there was a little fenced in area for her to run around in while I stayed warm inside. We took the kids down and threw a few rocks at the frozen pond and strolled around the property. Can't wait to go back this summer!

Jean was a lovely host. Incredibly responsive from the moment we booked. She got us setup to float and Ryan was wonderful to get us checked in and on the river! Cobblestone is wonderful. We went during the late summer/fall off season. It was quiet and peaceful but the rec room was super fun with ping pong and other table games. Access to the river was also great, just a short hike. The whole property was cute and purposeful. Jean made amenities clear in the listing, so we came appropriately prepared. Also, there’s a nice screened in porch which we’re able to sit in while it rained. A great nature experience, we would absolutely return!

We just needed somewhere to sleep for the night and it was perfect for that!
