David’s place is even better than the photos. Charming, FULLY stocked with kitchen supplies, roomy and well cared for. We enjoyed using the fireplace and cooking in the kitchen, which has anything you could need, including spices.

We really enjoyed our stay! The one thing I would like to note is the house is a duplex, not a single residence. The home was charming and my family had a great stay. We had an issue with the coffee maker not working day 1, but Woody took care of it by sending a working one. The tv screen also had an issue, but it wasn’t really a problem because we didn’t need to watch tv. We used the hot tub everyday and loved it. Overall we would recommend and definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay here!! The home was so beautifully decorated and the house itself was a great size. The amenities were nice and exactly how they were described. The bathrooms were stocked with some necessities which made it easy on us ! The fully fenced in yard was great for our dogs to walk around and hangout. We will definitely stay here again!

Place was clean and comfortable. I would stay again if I’m doing a small group trip.

Coleen's place was a lovely place to reset. Nestled among the pines in a somewhat remote area of Big Bear. Perfect for my family, enough room to spread out and relax. Very clean and inviting. I had one small issue that I reached out for help with and her response was almost immediate and the issue was resolved. Very pleasant experience.

Beautiful home! I would definitely recommend the stay.

The space was perfect for what we needed. We came to Orange County for a continuing education class. Although sound travels easily in the space, all of us went to bed relatively around the same time. Neighborhood was quiet and safe, easy entrance and instructions to get in, and loved getting to park inside a garage. Thank you!

Renee’s apartment was amazing to stay in. The area was beautiful and it was lovely to see the sunrise and some stars from the balcony. The apartment itself was really comfortable and everything was as described. I would love to come back and stay again.

This was my third stay at Barbara's condo. I've enjoyed each visit. The location near the beach, restaurants and stores is ideal for those who like easy walking access. I rarely have to drive during my visits. The unit is well equipped and very comfortable for long stays. I highly recommend staying at Barbara's place!

Beautiful apartment. Extremely comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Fabulous location! Nice to have the Roku with Disney+ and Prime. Beach toys for our grandson were great! Also, Nicholas was very helpful in recovering quite a sum of money that I had left in the condo. His cleaner Daniel helped to locate it. I was very relieved and appreciative. All around a great family trip!

Looking to surf but also traveling with an infant? Look no further! This place had everything and was just so great for our family of three. The hut tub was amazing with views of the water, it was truly wonderful. This place has renewed our faith in Airbnbs, so many are a bust. Not this one! It was so well equipped and The beds were so comfortable and Even the complimentary bottle of wine was delicious. We will for sure stay again!

We always enjoy staying here. It’s so close to everything: beach, downtown with shopping and restaurants. The managers are so friendly and helpful. There is such a relaxed & comfortable feel in the area. We love staying here!! J & D

For a first time in Big Bear, this place was amazing. It’s right in the heart of the village, with so many restaurants and shops within walking distance, and all other attractions are just a short drive! Parking on site of the rental also made it super easy. We’ve already agreed to stay here again any time we come back! Was super clean and not much noise at all :) 10/10 recommend!

We had a great weekend stay at this beautiful property! The pool/spa and backyard with view was amazing. The house has a ton of amenities including bbq, full kitchen, spices, entertainment center And indoor/outdoor speakers. Owner was very communicative and sent out a pool repair person to assist with our spa heating issue, which was promptly fixed. There are house and city guidelines to be aware of, so make sure you read all house information that is provided. Overall a wonderful property!

THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST HOMES I HAVE STAYED AT AND ALONG WITH THE BEST HOST. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO STAY IN ORANGE COUNTY LOOK NO FURTHER. THE HOMES DECO WAS LOVLEY, AN IMMACULATE HOME. We recently held our micro wedding at this beautiful property, and I can’t say enough about how incredible the experience was! From start to finish, our experience was amazing and more than I could have ever expected. They truly thought of everything, ensuring that our special day ran smoothly and stress-free. We opted for the additional coordination services, which included a coordinator, server and waiter - and it was worth every penny. The extra help made all the difference, allowing us to fully enjoy our wedding without worrying about the little details. They went above and beyond what I expected and I can't thank them enough. Beyond that, everyone on the property created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere—I felt completely at home and comfortable every moment. Life is about making wonderful memories for yourself and others. And Vita Bella certainly did that for us and our families. Sue and Dennis were terrific throughout our stay and were very accommodating to our requests. The property was outstanding from the house itself to the backyard oasis to the front porch sunsets. Absolutely stunning.

We felt comfortable and safe at this property. The location was convenient to many restaurants and stores. The decor was good with just a little wear and tear. It felt clean and fresh throughout the home. All supplies that we needed were available. Personally I loved the premium shower products and the plush toilet tissue and paper towels. The only minor complaints would be that we needed more face towels, even though we knew not to remove makeup with the towels. Next the high table in the family room wasn't stable and lastly it took an extremely long time for the water to heat up in the sinks. Hetavi did welcome us graciously as the host. I felt that she was there for us if we would have needed anything. I highly recommend this property to others. You will not be disappointed.
