New accommodation, very well equipped and pleasant despite the lack of air conditioning, which, compared to the price, would be a necessity. Correct location. Plan to take the car if you want to discover the region. Close to the road leading to noise pollution. Very friendly neighbors and kind host. We recommend it.

Perfect stay! We had everything we needed, salt/pepper/dish soap included. The apartment is very warm, pleasant to live in, in a quiet area. We heard the neighbors at night and early in the morning, but maybe because we're more used to having them (we live in a house). We are very pleased with our trip. Location is great to be quiet. We went to eat in Arona 10 min by car. Private garage is great for peace of mind. Thank you so much for everything! We plan to come back in a few years with the kids 😌

Excellent accommodation in a very quiet village but really close to the many tourist points of interest. the apartment is modern, spacious and comfortable, and Franco is very responsive and dynamic. We had a particularly successful week in Montrigiasco, plus... generous sunshine and beautiful autumn colors!!!
