Would recommend to anyone! The house is clean and cozy with great amenities. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood within short distance from good restaurants and shopping. Parking is no issue. Instructions are simple and clear!

We're so thankful that Dave shares this beautiful piece of history with others! It was beyond peaceful, and it was so cozy that we updated dinner plans our second night so that we could stay in the cottage. Our dog was beside himself being able to run around the vast yard and really enjoyed sitting by the fire (within an appropriate distance, of course)--as did we! The touches were great: thick bath towels, excellent coffee, and an out-of-this-world sweet treat amongst other things. Many thanks!
