Monthly Rentals in Mechanicsville

Would recommend to anyone! The house is clean and cozy with great amenities. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood within short distance from good restaurants and shopping. Parking is no issue. Instructions are simple and clear!

We had a very nice trip and the hosts were very communicative and kind! We had to change our dates around last minute and they were so nice about everything. The space was also very nice and felt very homey!

We had a wonderful time and great stay at Joseph's lovely cottage hideaway along Tinicum Creek. It is an extremely beautiful and quiet place that we thoroughly enjoyed and will stay there again. Everything was clean and and we had all the amenities we needed, with a big, comfortable king size bed. The homemade apple bread waiting for us from Shirley, in the kitchen, was scrumptious and an added bonus. You couldn't have had nicer or friendlier hosts.

This is the second time we stayed here. We love it. The location is awesome. The bed is so comfortable. We are already trying to figure when to book next
