Was a great stay and a great location close to the lake

Not adequate words in the English language to describe how blessed and thankful I am to have been able to stay in such a beautiful home in such a beautiful part of the Texas hill country! The lovely Civil War town of Jefferson is close by with lots of antique shops and great eateries. My dogs and I will miss being on the farm. I will especially miss "Miss Jenny", who welcomed me every morning with a loud "bray"! Hosts David and Sharla, although not on the property, are very "hands on" and the comfort of their guests are a priority with them. Thank you both for a wonderful peaceful week! God bless!

We stayed for one night as we were passing through. It was the perfect place to stay where we wouldn’t have to unload our car for the night. Beautiful and cozy house. Very peaceful and you could see the stars so brightly!
