My go to when I visit Prescott is stay at Don’s place. Everything was great from perfect hosts (Don & Helen) to the great cooking pots & pans and quality of my stay. I instantly felt at home with all I needed for comfort and relaxation. The community was great and close to the wilderness to gander at and exploration of mother natures beauty. Get Helen’s recipe for her tomato peso bake. It was marvelously delicious.

I had a wonderful time staying at MJ’s place. They were very accommodating to our needs. They were responsive. It was very clean, and there were a lot of personal touches that went a long way - you could tell they cared about their guests. If I am ever in the area again, I will be choosing their place. A great stay!!

She made this place verm welcoming and hospitable for us even before we arrived. We Felt at home and safe. She provided us with more than what we needed and even with things we didnt know we desired. Make sure if you are able to stay here to do your diligence and keep the place tidy. They work so hard to keep it in prestine condition. Also, think about paying it forward. So much work goes in to preping in b/w stays and you can tell they put thier heart and love into this place so please, treat it with respect.

Barb is an extremely responsive and wonderful host! And we very much appreciated all the thoughtful extras! We felt at home immediately. We loved the privacy, and peace and quiet. The spouse had to fly out of state for work during our stay and I felt completely safe. We especially loved feeding and interacting with the horses. Even our dog who is prone to anxiety really enjoyed her stay. We would definitely return. Thank you, Barb!
