A very nice cottage. Complete with everything needed. Large space - plenty of room to move around. Don and Helen are great people. Very welcoming and informative. I really enjoyed my visit.

We found the reviews great except the one before we booked. We didn’t let that stop us. We where not surprised how wonderful the home turned out regarding cleanliness and how spacious it is. We loved MJ’s place it was everything we wanted. Big and roomy. Clean and had all the items we needed or even wanted in the kitchen. MJ is responsive and helpful suggestions for local attractions. Loved the views from both back and front porches. We surly will be coming back with family and friends.

This is an adorable little tiny house nestled in the backyard of a home with privacy. It’s very clean.

My family had a great stay here for a long Thanksgiving weekend. The place is homey in a sort of “grandpa’s cabin” sort of way. If you’re looking for a luxury rental, this is not it. It is, however, a great value and served our needs very well. The hosts were also very responsive. It is an older smaller place, with two master bedrooms. With no guest bathroom, plan accordingly. I love the neighborhood, because it felt like we were further out from town then we really were. We could drive to downtown in seven minutes. Be aware there are a lot of dogs at neighboring properties and some of them bark quite a bit, additionally you will hear roosters, you may see some wildlife, including javelinas as well. None of this bothered me, and we loved our stay. We would gladly stay here again and recommend it to friends.
