Matlacha vacation rentals

We were so impressed with this accommodation and the host. The unit has been barely used so is in great condition and as good as new. The pool was very well heated and a nice mix of outdoor furniture. The bedroom bed was very comfortable. One mini split A/C in the living room and one in the bedroom made the indoor temp very comfortable. We walked to Sun N Fun and rented bikes for $30/week each to get around the full island to avoid the 3-6pm northbound rush hour. It turns a half hour car ride into a 5 minute bike ride to Lah de Dah, which was excellent, and so was Coste restaurant. All appliances including laundry machines were excellent and brand new. The beach equipment was perfect and plenty available for the unit. Our host was very responsive and accommodating every time we reached out with questions. Thank you and we hope to be back again!

It was a wonderful stay. It’s a beautiful house with everything included for what you need to have a great stay. Agata is a great person and takes care of all details so that her guests feel at home. We would be delighted to go back soon, and it will surely be in this house. Everything in this house is amazing.

Great stay.... a lot of construction still happening on the island but not really impacting our stay. Very few people at the complex which actually made it quite nice...easy to walk to the beach and the place, while small, is very nice and clean. We enjoyed Christmas by the Bay

The house was clean.  It was obvious that it was new! The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean, and the outdoor space was nice. We started every morning by the pool.  We really liked that the pool has full sun all day.  A huge win! It was our favorite part of the home. We ran into a few hiccups the first few days but the owner was very responsive and the need was met immediately! We loved this home!

the home was grear. very clean, well taken care of. rules are laid out nicely. plenty of towels for pool. lady came right away when batteries were low on door lock. pool was nice and clean. loungers were nice neighborhood was quiet. the only thing that we were unaware of was the garage is an apartment and this should be disclosed. Just like an owner onsite would be. you have share driveway with person. Just a bit odd.

We had a great stay on North Captiva Island!! It was our first time visiting and Federico's place was everything we needed. I myself am a host on Airbnb and have found that I am extra critical due to being responsible for managing my own rental property. Coral Cottage was clean and very well equipped. It had everything we needed for our family of five to have an incredible and memorable vacation on the island! The golf cart was ready and waiting when we arrived on the ferry. Access to the property was quick and easy. We enjoyed ourselves immensely!

Cute and clean place. Close to walmart so it is easy for me to run some errands. The host provides beach towels and beach chairs which are are convenient for the beach trips. Enjoyed the stay here.

The Palm View unit was great. Everything was just like the pictures. Communication was fabulous. I prefer to be a little closer to the ocean with a view but it was a short walk. The bikes were a great addition and we enjoyed the outdoor lounging space. Shared laundry was free which was nice.

The place was great! Perfect size for 3 or 4 people. The beach supplies (wagon, chairs, umbrella) were SOOO handy! It was just a short walk over to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook if desired. Since the hurricane, there was a limited amount of restaurants open. We didn’t mind this since we cooked but just a heads up!

A truly fabulous home and location. The description and photos in the listing were really good, but seeing it in person is even better. The beauty of the view, the pool, hot tub, kitchen (and outdoor kitchen), massive 85” TV in the great room, all made this an exceptional find. Amazing sunrises and sunsets can be viewed from the back yard. The home is right on the water and is very close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Thanks so much Kenneth for the great communication and for letting us stay in your home. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time! The pool was awesome the kids loved the changing lights in it!
