Monthly Rentals in Matinecock

My wife and I were fortunate enough to snag Kokomo cottage on short notice when we were asked to help out on some volunteer work in Long Island. Courtney was very responsive and made us feel right at home. Super cozy, comfortable and very warm in all aspects. We would definitely look to stay there again.

The place was very romantic and ideal for you and your partner. Was secluded and a lot of good stores and restaurants. Felt like a very safe neighborhood. The bed setup was very relaxing and felt like home ❤️

We had our wedding at a nearby venue and Aggie’s place was a much better home base for us than a hotel. It was perfect for getting ready the morning of our wedding with my 4 bridesmaids, including our PJ pics. The area was peaceful with a scenic drive up and was conveniently located for morning breakfast delivery from a local deli. We didn’t have much time to explore the immediate area but everything was just perfect for us, would definitely stay here again. Thanks Aggie!

Beautiful space with nice finishes & comfortable atmosphere, exactly what we needed. The only negative was that it was easy to hear our neighbors and water pressure & temperature in the shower could have been more optimal, but I did not feel this downgraded this place a star. Overall, it was perfect for a night in Glen Cove!
